You know when you just need a whole knew environment to focus on yourself and your goals? This place done it for me. Amazing staff, such a wide range of equipment and everyone is just one big family there ��

Where else can you find not one but TWO pendulum squats?! ;D I feel lucky to have this on my doorstep (people drive hours to visit this place!) Top kit (Hammer Strength, Watson etc), lovely staff (friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable) and great atmosphere. If you're a competitive bodybuilder this place is a no-brainer. But you'll find it welcoming and friendly if you're new or "just want to go to the gym", too. Oh and it's really reasonably priced.

PS The gym dog is the deal breaker. Seriously, you have to come and see this pup!

Very good gym would highly recommend if you are after some serious fitness training!!! Good machines and free weights, very clean and good customer service by staff members and owner.

This is gym is the best! It has great equipment, the music is loud, it has a great hardcore training atmosphere and the people that own it are very welcoming! This is everything that a gym should be not your sterile, corporate chain bullshit types of gym!

LRF is a great gym equipped with unique/different machines etc, you'll find it very different to your bog standard corporate gyms. A great atmosphere to train hard in.

Gym is awesome so much different plate loaded kit, precor, Watson and hammer strength ! Wish it was closer to me but I’ll be up there most weekends

Good gym, decent equipment. DBs go up to 80kg(not that i need them). Good workout music (none of that Adele crap you get at Bannatynes). Relatively clean, the gym dog is a legend.

By far the best gym Ive set foot in, great atmosphere, equipment and is clean and tidy. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Supplements are good value and high quality also.
