Kat & the team are the best nail artists I have ever used. They are quick, professional and produce beautiful results. I am never disappointed and no request is too much/difficult. They have a wealth of creative flare and skills to have me coming back everytime. I will never go any where else for Acrylics! Recommend 100% to anyone :D

I've been having my nails done here for years and Cat and the team always do an amazing job, more recently had shellac done by Cat on natural nails and it still looks as fresh as the first day! Looks great, long lasting and always have compliments after I've visited the salon. Lovely welcoming atmosphere and the best quality! ���

Been coming here for years with no complaint. I did have a break for a while and tried some other places but they're just not the same. Beautiful thin, natural and sophisticated nails done by an experienced and professional team. They give really good advice about nail and foot care too. Kats pedicures are awesome! X

I've been going here for years and am usually always happy with the end product and the staff are friendly if not hard to understand sometimes but they really make the effort to be understood.

Poor customer service. Specifically asked for Shellac and told I was getting it despite Gelish on sample and bottle. Nails done in 15 minutes and then oil literally brushed straight across nails, then told to wash and pay. After a week nails chipped and whole nail polish lifting, despite wearing rubber gloves. I have had my nails done regularly with Shellac for at least 3 years and have never experienced any of the above. I won't be back!

I visited here at the weekend and felt unhappy with the service. My full manicure that I paid for lasted only 10 minutes and my nails started chipping after two days. They last longer when I do it at home myself!

First off id like to say staff is so welcoming and lovely! Always joyful and happy! But I had a really bad experience earlier on this week and I am truly disappointed in the results. I had my nails done and I loved them! However one nail broke which caused me a lot of pain. And the colour chipped away, I went back to Leanne's only for them to re-paint over the old paint without questioning of the colour, which was then wrong. I do hope my next experience of acrylic nails is a lot better than this one.

The worst experience ever - the older gent that was doing my acrylic nails was rude and arrogant when I've complained in a process that shape of my nails didn't look anything like the picture I have shown him to begin with. My nails ended up being all different shapes, not even symmetrical when hold both hands out..! not at all what I wanted - just awful!! I shall never go to that salon again..!

Rude staff who ask very personal questions about my financial status and 'is my mummy rich'. Booked an appointment but wasn't sat down for 20 minutes considering I was on my lunch break. Would not be returning.

Nails lasted 6 DAYS!! (Sets I have elsewhere last four weeks!) Shape was majorly uneven (coffin nails) and nails weren't even smooth �
