We went there for the first time to celebrate our 1st year anniversary. Food was very tasty and staff was great. I recommend.

We went here for my birthday lunch on Saturday. Sam and his team were lovely and looked after our big table of 20 plus 3 high chairs! The food was amazing and such great value £10 for thai tapas sets. Loved it and will deffo go back very soon. Thanks Lemongrass Crawley �

We had a table of 34 last night. Amazing. You could not have done more for us. Food and service is amazing. The guitar was a great touch at the end. Thank you.

The food was fantastic as was the service. The staff were so friendly and the fact they sang Happy Birthday to my Daughter, gave her a birthday card and a special dessert without us even asking was very special. I would highly recommend going here

My Birthday surprise dinner. It was absolutely great! My wife booked the table a day before, she just mentioned that it was my birthday surprise dinner. We We were 20 min earlier, owner welcomed us at the door with the best wishes and in next 2 min we were seated. My side of the table was decorated with "happy birthday" banner etc. The service was brilliant, food served quickly and o my God it was delicious! The stuff and the owner himself approached us number of times making sure everything was fine.

That would make for a lovely Birthday dinner! But there was more : When the dessert was served, mine had a candle in it. The whole staff and the owner came to our table with the instruments singing Happy Birthday. Then they handed me a birthday card signed by all the staff members.

Have I mentioned that We were not charged for our desserts!

We had a brilliant time, enjoying great food and felt very special.

Thank you once again for this lovely evening!

Have been here twice now, the most recent for my birthday as I loved the food so much the first time! They made quite a fuss putting up a banner , presenting me with lovely dessert with sparkler and candle while singing happy birthday and playing instruments, they also gave me a birthday card signed by the staff, the staff here are wonderful and the food is the best Thai I have ever had the pleasure of consuming! �

Fantastic food and service. They even made a mild curry dish hotter for me as I liked the sound of it but fancied something more spicy than 'mild'. Turned out fantastic. We had a taster starter so was able to sample a few different items and all were lovely. Certainly looking to fly from gatwick again so we can eat at the Lemongrass again!

Brilliant entertaining night out with our group of 20. Sam and his team couldn’t do enough to make us feel special. Food and service was exceptional!!

Another wonderful visit to Lemongrass, this time for my son's 19th birthday. As usual the staff were attentive and very friendly. The food was magnificent and service outstanding! Definitely my favourite restaurant. The staff all came out to sing happy birthday to my son and presented him with a complimentary dessert complete with sparkler - it was such a lovely way to end the meal. Highly recommend!

booked month in advance also told them that it was my wife's birthday and once we was there that was totally ignored while others guest's wasn't ....asked for a Irish coffee and was served a coffee .. but on plus side the food was very good and what service we did get was good . so may return on a day when there is less people so I think the night was over booked by the restaurant ..

Such a shame!! Although the food was very very good, the service was terrible. We out as a group of 4 and my husband received his starter after quite a wait. It looked fab though so we thought it would be worth the wait. Then my friends starter came out almost 10 minutes later. My starter eventually came out 5 minutes later and then my friends husbands about 5 minutes after that!! As you can imagine all but the one starter was now cold! Still tastes great though! Main was more of a success with service. We then ordered 3 desserts. After waiting about 1/2 hour and seeing the staff all stood at the bar area, we asked about our desserts to be told they'd forgotten them. We cancelled having them, paid our bill and left.

Just been here for my 30th birthday meal and despite good experience in the past. We were left waiting for 30 mins before our orders and drinks were taken then waited an hour between our starter and main and then waited 45 mins despite attempting to get attention to get our bill so we could leave for the waitress to tell us she forgot about us. Not a great birthday memory.

I chose to have my birthday meal here. Despite the food being nice, the staff made the evening very stressful. After ordering a bottle of wine and some crackers, we were asked for our orders five times before the final member of our party arrived, despite clearly wanting to wait. The food was rushed out, and the waitress was incredibly rude. The staff tried to seat the next booking at our table while we were getting our coats! Not an enjoyable experience, as they did not allow us enough time, despite us having booked in advance.

I am dissapointed. We ordered food (delivery). Firstly, i ticked that I need cutlery, on the bill it was shown that it should be included but unfortunately cutlery weren't there. So basically we couldn't eat the meal without it. We are in new house so we are just doing renovation, that's why i needed it. Secondly i have ordered phad bean sprout (stir fried bean sprout, mushroom with chilli and Garlic). I couldn't find any mushroom in this side. Not even one. It was just bean sprout... it was my first time with lemongrass but i think it was the last time at once. DISAPOINTED !

Have been here a few times. Food was ok bulked out with a lot of vegetables

Service was terrible needs to learn to turn people away. Had to ask for drinks and food

Starters didn’t even come out together

Will not be going back
