The dynamic flow class with Laura this morning was amazing! Such a beautiful class. The way that Laura transitioned from different poses made it so different from any class I’d been to recently. I loved exploring some balancing poses. Ps thanks for finally getting me into that crow pose! �

Leo gym has changed my life! I have just moved to the area and felt so welcomed by all the staff at Leo gym. I have been a member for a few months now and have seen such a difference in my yoga practice. It’s not just a gym it’s a real community of lovely people whom like to stay healthy but more importantly be happy.

Just did a fundamentals trial session this morning and CANNOT WAIT to come back! Coach style was amazing and it was so much fun! I have never done cross fit before but the trainers made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Can’t wait to continue and get stronger and fitter! Thank you! �

Absolutely fabulous! Wonderful inspiring team and simply stunning interior.... I've not experienced Cross Fit until my trial last night but wow what an introduction, I'm booking Cross Fit Fundamentals without doubt! I'm also looking forward to Yoga classes in the gorgeous studio there too. A new lease on life 😃Liz
