A warm welcome from my new therapy room in Tunbridge Wells High Street - sessions currently available Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
A powerful, heartbreaking and warming story of loss and healing. Our grief is individual & unique yet it is through connection and being heard by others that we are able too find our way in the confusion and sadness π€π

Childhood - and indeed adulthood - is all about discovery, curiosity and opportunity.
It is our job to check in with ourselves when we rush to limit or bind these experiences in others - is it protection for them or fear in us? Maybe we are repeating our own past experiences as we believed they were demonstrating love and care.

Time, clarity and being gentle are key to connection & communication for everyone ππΌ
One very clever little girl and very loving father. A clear lesson on how much we can learn from empowering our children with the freedom to express their emotions in their own way regardless of how we may be perceived by society. Beautiful.
