We visited today for the 1st time today with our 6 year old and 11 year old. I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful. Premises were immaculate. Pool temperature was just right. Not over crowded. Plenty of changing room facilites. Look forward to returning again :)

We had an amazing children's swim party yesterday! Helpful staff, massive party room space and fun pool time. I would highly recommend it from our own experience.

Really enjoying the Vibe cycle classes on a Monday evening & Saturday morning @ Leys! The instructors are so enthusiastic, the classes are great fun with decent music - it's refreshing to have an RPM/Spin class where are aren't 'just' told to cycle at a certain speed as can happen at some other centres.

Myself and my family visited for the first time today and had a great time.

My 4 yr old and 2 yr old loved the fun pool and took some persuading to leave.

Love the shower built into the changing room - brilliant idea!!

Love love Vibe Cycle!! Please keep it going BBL - the Saturday morning class is the only one I can make it too. Gee and Charlie are fab instructors who deserve enormous credit ÔøΩÔøΩ

It's an excellent parent friendly leisure centre. My children use the crèche (which is included in full memberships) so I can go in the gym, do classes or swim. All the ladies in the crèche are so welcoming and really lovely. My girls love going and I can work out knowing they are having a great time and are safe. Massive thumbs up ��

It was very nice clean well staffed everything a woman needs after swimming like showers hair dryers staff very polite and very helpful I would definitely go again and hopefully be able to use the gym as well as the pool very pleased with it

I went in their today to sort out a minor problem with my 16 yr old sons gym membership, I was dealt with by Laura, what a complete professional and sorted out the issue within ten minutes to a more than satisfactory outcome. Well done.

I had some vouches that I had purchased for LA Fitness went once, it was so unfriendly and very mechanical like. Just hated it and never went back so ended up with out of date vouchers.



It's only been my second day at the gym but I absolutely love it, it's brilliant no one bothers you however when you ask for advice it's spot on, not too much or too little. Love the water system for refilling you bottles, saving wastage is always good



Also they have a coffee shop, so I give it a thumbs up well impressed.

I got for the sauna, which is excellent! Proper hot and a decent size, with real nice lighting and nice and clean.

I absolutely love the gym and the swimming facilities my baby loves it every time we go then we always try to go to the pay room wille we wait for lovely lunch and ever sow cheep could not be more convenient for my family! Its a well day spent in the facilities!

Great facilities.Children took part in Twinathon Swimathon for Marie Curie Charity. Staff very helpful and friendly throughout the event and also with swimming school xx keep up the good workÔøΩ

I was there yesterday and saw a chap get some 'manual relief' from his woman while sitting in the kids splash pool. I glared at them and they stopped..... Then went in the steam room.

I don't know if they; or he even, finished off because I took my kids home at that point.

Other than that it's great.

I should point out the staff were top banana and they were in the middle of sorting the amourous couple out when I left.

Had a lovely play in the splash pool today with the little one. But the only difficulty is getting changed after, as there are no pull down chairs or changing tables with straps to keep my 10 month old contained. I would normally use my buggie for this but no buggies are allowed in!! Hopefully the helpful manager will keep to his word and order these in?!

Today we went to the family swim to be told on arrival that the pool was too full as they didn’t have enough lifeguards!! Very disappointed � my daughter has trouble with processing and understanding these kinds of things which we explained, the receptionist was very unsympathetic when this was explained to him. I asked why this wasn’t put up on the web page as we always check to save meltdowns, lucky for us a family left whilst we were in reception and we were let in!!

Not a position I wish to be in again.

The pool itself is great and the facilities are spotless. My concern is that they don’t stick to the timetable as advertised and this I think poses some health and safety issues. When the timetable says there are 8 lanes open there are invariably only four lanes with barriers and the other half of the pool is a big open space with a sign saying to swim round the edges. The life guards tell some people to make up their own lanes in the open area without barrier protection while others swim round the sides. Obviously if someone is going quite fast or swimming back stroke clashes are inevitable.

Someone is going to get hurt sooner or later.

My daughter has had a fair few lessons cancelled over Christmas but hopefully with the lovely Vicky back all should be back on form. Only other complaint is the changing rooms are often dirty and the toilets even worse at times ÔøΩ

3 stars beacuse i got told to get out of the main pool beaucse there was a party session but there was no party booked and then i was told to do a swim test to go on the inflatables so i did the swim test and got out the pool then was told i couldn't go on it beaucse it was time to pack the inflatable away!

Soft play area is constantly filthy it looks like it’s never been cleaned. Floors and tables are sticky and grubby and there’s wrappers and bits of food in the play area and on apparatus. I dread to think of the germs lurking in there!

LIVE timetable never actually works or is never accurate. I actually went in on my way past earlier on in the day and asked about swim times to be told by staff the swim was on until 8pm. Arrived at 7 for it to all be closed and it also wasn't updated on the supposedly live timetable. Disappointed kids!! This is not the first time this has happened either. Once your actually in the pool its fine and the kids like it. Please stick to your timetable. If you can't do that then actually update the live timetable

I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service here. The staff (not inc the teachers), hardly ever smile and don’t seem to be able to answer most questions. Especially if you have sent an email, they don’t reply! My eldest has recently moved up to the next stage of swim school and she is still waiting for a swimming hat for the stage. None of the staff know when the hats are arriving. I must say though, we cannot fault the swim school teachers, they are great!

I love the pool, I love swimming...but I’m afraid the centre is so poorly managed that it’s now very difficult to use. The ‘live’ time table is anything but live. It’s difficult to get through on the phones. No one emails back when you ask them to. The staff seem dis-interested, possibly just worn down from the many complaints they must get. Today I went to swim to be told someone had phoned in sick and therefore there aren’t enough lifeguards for the pool to be open. I’ve also had trouble trying to book classes on the website and app. It’s pretty shocking it’s still open actually. I hope something drastic happens soon to improve things as I’d hate for it to close down.

Went to soft play just over a week ago and it was filthy. Once I arrived food all over the floor plates stacked up high, juice cartons left everywhere. Once moving the dirty dishes aside and food off the floor so I could put bags and coats down. My eldest steps foot on the apparatus itself and has walked in juice that has spilt over and there is also food on apparatus. So once again tidying that up. I’m sure the soft play is for 5’s and under there was clearly over 5’s in there playing. My daughter wanted a refreshment I’m standing there for 5 minuets and no one is there I go to reception but everyone is so deep in conversation they don’t notice me. Amongst leaving I notified reception and not even an apology or anything I’ve also emailed on the day and have had nothing back, won’t be using your facilities again.

UPDATE: The whole weekend the pool is closed. We pay monthly memberships AND council tax and yet the pool cannot be used.



Very disappointed to find more and more evening slots (6 to 8 pm) unavailable due to City of Oxford Swimming Club training. That time is always the busiest for lane swimming, could you not organise your timetable a bit better? I pay my membership on top of the council tax and yet most of the times your pool is either closed or very restricted for public access (and if you say 4 lanes do 4 lanes, so there aren't over 20 people crammed in 2 or 3 lanes!).

Looked on the online timetable for the learning pool session clearly stating it was open from 09:00-13:30 to get there at 10:00 and be told that session is finished .... Despite it being a live timetable staff didn't seem to care one bit about this Evan though it was in plain black and white on there website

I’ve been taking my 4 year old to Fusion swimming lessons whilst my water-loving 20 month old stayed with me in the baby pool.



Recently the Pool management inexplicably decided to close the baby pool - specifically for the very time when it is most needed, during swimming lessons!



The first we heard of it was when we came for lessons as normal a couple of weeks ago.



I really rely on the baby pool for my baby, and as you can imagine he gets so sad and frustrated looking at a perfect new facility which has been deliberately closed. It’s hard for me to explain it to him, as it makes no sense to me either! (I thought of taking him to the soft play, but guess what, that’s been closed too for the last 2 weeks).



All the staff I’ve spoken have lacked understanding or empathy, some to the point of rudeness. I heard one life guard say “get the fuck out of the pool”. They even put a full rubbish bin in front of the children’s pool to block it - which then fell in, with the rubbish spilling into the water. It’s really is a shambles.



I’ve complained 2 times without getting any reply - once in writing, then again by webform. I’ve tried to be constructive, suggesting they could at least open the baby pool for the 0-4 year olds - but no reply to either, which is very poor.



The pool itself it new and a great faculty - it’s just run really badly.



I’m so upset that I’ve decided to resign from the swimming lessons. It is just more pain then pleasure. What a shame.

I like the facilities and the classes are great (down to the instructors though, not Fusion!!). The centre is very poorly managed and staff often seem clueless. Equipment is breaking and customers are making complaints but still nothing is being fixed. I'm aware of people cancelling membership due to the above reasons, fusion need to sort it out before we all start to go elsewhere!

I can't find a swimming pool timetable online and your phone system seems to be playing up - very frustrating!!!

Don’t answer the phones in order to book or cancel. I’ve complained many times nothing changes ! When you try and cancel a class and they don’t pick up the phone or messages then you get stopped from re booking ! Complete shambles! Classes and instructors great shame about the administration !

All the ladies in the crèche are so welcoming and really lovely. My girls love going and I can work out knowing they are having a great time and are safe. Massive thumbs up ��

It was very nice clean well staffed everything a woman needs after swimming like showers hair dryers staff very polite and very helpful I would definitely go again and hopefully be able to use the gym as well as the pool very pleased with it

I went in their today to sort out a minor problem with my 16 yr old sons gym membership, I was dealt with by Laura, what a complete professional and sorted out the issue within ten minutes to a more than satisfactory outcome. Well done.

I had some vouches that I had purchased for LA Fitness went once, it was so unfriendly and very mechanical like. Just hated it and never went back so ended up with out of date vouchers.



It's only been my second day at the gym but I absolutely love it, it's brilliant no one bothers you however when you ask for advice it's spot on, not too much or too little. Love the water system for refilling you bottles, saving wastage is always good



Also they have a coffee shop, so I give it a thumbs up well impressed.

I got for the sauna, which is excellent! Proper hot and a decent size, with real nice lighting and nice and clean.

I absolutely love the gym and the swimming facilities my baby loves it every time we go then we always try to go to the pay room wille we wait for lovely lunch and ever sow cheep could not be more convenient for my family! Its a well day spent in the facilities!

Great facilities.Children took part in Twinathon Swimathon for Marie Curie Charity. Staff very helpful and friendly throughout the event and also with swimming school xx keep up the good workÔøΩ

A perfect venue with excellent facilities. Staff are kimd, friendly and helpful providing great details. Fitness instructors always give praise for efforts which is very rewarding and makes every class worthwhile.

I was there yesterday and saw a chap get some 'manual relief' from his woman while sitting in the kids splash pool. I glared at them and they stopped..... Then went in the steam room.

I don't know if they; or he even, finished off because I took my kids home at that point.

Other than that it's great.

I should point out the staff were top banana and they were in the middle of sorting the amourous couple out when I left.

Had a lovely play in the splash pool today with the little one. But the only difficulty is getting changed after, as there are no pull down chairs or changing tables with straps to keep my 10 month old contained. I would normally use my buggie for this but no buggies are allowed in!! Hopefully the helpful manager will keep to his word and order these in?!

Today we went to the family swim to be told on arrival that the pool was too full as they didn’t have enough lifeguards!! Very disappointed � my daughter has trouble with processing and understanding these kinds of things which we explained, the receptionist was very unsympathetic when this was explained to him. I asked why this wasn’t put up on the web page as we always check to save meltdowns, lucky for us a family left whilst we were in reception and we were let in!!

Not a position I wish to be in again.

The pool itself is great and the facilities are spotless. My concern is that they don’t stick to the timetable as advertised and this I think poses some health and safety issues. When the timetable says there are 8 lanes open there are invariably only four lanes with barriers and the other half of the pool is a big open space with a sign saying to swim round the edges. The life guards tell some people to make up their own lanes in the open area without barrier protection while others swim round the sides. Obviously if someone is going quite fast or swimming back stroke clashes are inevitable.

Someone is going to get hurt sooner or later.

My daughter has had a fair few lessons cancelled over Christmas but hopefully with the lovely Vicky back all should be back on form. Only other complaint is the changing rooms are often dirty and the toilets even worse at times ÔøΩ

I enjoyed going to the Friday night ladies only but would like to see another day with ladies only too

3 stars beacuse i got told to get out of the main pool beaucse there was a party session but there was no party booked and then i was told to do a swim test to go on the inflatables so i did the swim test and got out the pool then was told i couldn't go on it beaucse it was time to pack the inflatable away!

Swim sessions never true to timetable, family swim sessions cut short on every visit we’ve had.

Website not updated to advise of changes and cancellations. Currently no timetable available for swimming and phone never answered.

Never feel fully certain that when we arrive we’ll be able to swim.

Staff mostly despondent. Shame.

Soft play area is constantly filthy it looks like it’s never been cleaned. Floors and tables are sticky and grubby and there’s wrappers and bits of food in the play area and on apparatus. I dread to think of the germs lurking in there!

Poor customer service while attempting to book my sons birthday party. Phones were not being answered. Was informed by a member of staff once i eventually got through that i would recieve information via email. Nearly two weeks on they have taken payment but im

Not a fan at the moment. Scrapping NHS discount/corporate discount on your family memberships ÔøΩ. Will be looking at my options - personally I think this will reduce your membership numbers further!!!

LIVE timetable never actually works or is never accurate. I actually went in on my way past earlier on in the day and asked about swim times to be told by staff the swim was on until 8pm. Arrived at 7 for it to all be closed and it also wasn't updated on the supposedly live timetable. Disappointed kids!! This is not the first time this has happened either. Once your actually in the pool its fine and the kids like it. Please stick to your timetable. If you can't do that then actually update the live timetable

I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service here. The staff (not inc the teachers), hardly ever smile and don’t seem to be able to answer most questions. Especially if you have sent an email, they don’t reply! My eldest has recently moved up to the next stage of swim school and she is still waiting for a swimming hat for the stage. None of the staff know when the hats are arriving. I must say though, we cannot fault the swim school teachers, they are great!

I love the pool, I love swimming...but I’m afraid the centre is so poorly managed that it’s now very difficult to use. The ‘live’ time table is anything but live. It’s difficult to get through on the phones. No one emails back when you ask them to. The staff seem dis-interested, possibly just worn down from the many complaints they must get. Today I went to swim to be told someone had phoned in sick and therefore there aren’t enough lifeguards for the pool to be open. I’ve also had trouble trying to book classes on the website and app. It’s pretty shocking it’s still open actually. I hope something drastic happens soon to improve things as I’d hate for it to close down.

Went to soft play just over a week ago and it was filthy. Once I arrived food all over the floor plates stacked up high, juice cartons left everywhere. Once moving the dirty dishes aside and food off the floor so I could put bags and coats down. My eldest steps foot on the apparatus itself and has walked in juice that has spilt over and there is also food on apparatus. So once again tidying that up. I’m sure the soft play is for 5’s and under there was clearly over 5’s in there playing. My daughter wanted a refreshment I’m standing there for 5 minuets and no one is there I go to reception but everyone is so deep in conversation they don’t notice me. Amongst leaving I notified reception and not even an apology or anything I’ve also emailed on the day and have had nothing back, won’t be using your facilities again.

UPDATE: The whole weekend the pool is closed. We pay monthly memberships AND council tax and yet the pool cannot be used.



Very disappointed to find more and more evening slots (6 to 8 pm) unavailable due to City of Oxford Swimming Club training. That time is always the busiest for lane swimming, could you not organise your timetable a bit better? I pay my membership on top of the council tax and yet most of the times your pool is either closed or very restricted for public access (and if you say 4 lanes do 4 lanes, so there aren't over 20 people crammed in 2 or 3 lanes!).

Looked on the online timetable for the learning pool session clearly stating it was open from 09:00-13:30 to get there at 10:00 and be told that session is finished .... Despite it being a live timetable staff didn't seem to care one bit about this Evan though it was in plain black and white on there website

I’ve been taking my 4 year old to Fusion swimming lessons whilst my water-loving 20 month old stayed with me in the baby pool.



Recently the Pool management inexplicably decided to close the baby pool - specifically for the very time when it is most needed, during swimming lessons!



The first we heard of it was when we came for lessons as normal a couple of weeks ago.



I really rely on the baby pool for my baby, and as you can imagine he gets so sad and frustrated looking at a perfect new facility which has been deliberately closed. It’s hard for me to explain it to him, as it makes no sense to me either! (I thought of taking him to the soft play, but guess what, that’s been closed too for the last 2 weeks).



All the staff I’ve spoken have lacked understanding or empathy, some to the point of rudeness. I heard one life guard say “get the fuck out of the pool”. They even put a full rubbish bin in front of the children’s pool to block it - which then fell in, with the rubbish spilling into the water. It’s really is a shambles.



I’ve complained 2 times without getting any reply - once in writing, then again by webform. I’ve tried to be constructive, suggesting they could at least open the baby pool for the 0-4 year olds - but no reply to either, which is very poor.



The pool itself it new and a great faculty - it’s just run really badly.



I’m so upset that I’ve decided to resign from the swimming lessons. It is just more pain then pleasure. What a shame.

I like the facilities and the classes are great (down to the instructors though, not Fusion!!). The centre is very poorly managed and staff often seem clueless. Equipment is breaking and customers are making complaints but still nothing is being fixed. I'm aware of people cancelling membership due to the above reasons, fusion need to sort it out before we all start to go elsewhere!

I can't find a swimming pool timetable online and your phone system seems to be playing up - very frustrating!!!

Good pool - but website out of action for days and no reply to phone calls - so can't know when to attend a swim session! Bad bad service from Fusion

Don’t answer the phones in order to book or cancel. I’ve complained many times nothing changes ! When you try and cancel a class and they don’t pick up the phone or messages then you get stopped from re booking ! Complete shambles! Classes and instructors great shame about the administration !

Customer service is very poor. Staff's are very rude. They just know how to rip of people. I don't like it.
