You may be looking for ways to boost or transition a career, build up a business, create a more balanced life, or just get unstuck. Perhaps you are in a bad relationship, a dead end job, or are suffering stress at work. You may be having difficulty in family relationships or are in debt and can't see a way out.
My role is to help ask the right types of questions and seek to understand you and what is important to you. I will be looking to find out what may be holding you back and in turn allow you to develop your own approach, work with timelines and access priorities and actions to move forward.
During our sessions you will be able to:
Speak freely, in confidence, safely and without judgement
Feel listened to and understood
Identify what is working for you and why
Identify what is not working for you, what you want to change and why
Understand what really matters to you and why
Create solutions & approaches which you control
Remain motivated outside your sessions
I am here to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. As a life coach I will assist you in unblocking problems, liberating you, and setting you on a new course!

Life Coaching is not counselling. It does not focus on fixing deep rooted issues. These should always be addressed with an appropriate counsellor.
