Thanks to everyone who worked so hard this Harvest weekend especially this afternoon for our all age Harvest Celebration, great to have families coming along.
A big ‘Well done’ to ‘the team’ from LEFC whose entry into the flower arrangement competition held at All Saints for Lindfield Arts Festival won FIRST PRIZE!! The theme of the arrangement was The Owl and the Pussy Cat.
As in many previous years we are supporting Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child this year, a great way to show our love to children who don’t have the opportunities we take for granted and to demonstrate God’s love for them as well.
We had a great time yesterday evening at our Harvest Fish and Chip Supper, good food, company and Tina, one of our church members, invited the Weald Ukelele Players and Singers along to entertain us. Tina plays with the group, well done to all of them, good fun! Tomorrow, Sunday 6th October we have Harvest Celebration’s in the morning at 10.30 & afternoon at 4.30pm, everyone is very welcome, families particularly in the afternoon. All our Harvest gifts will go to Brighton &Hove City Mission ‘Brighton Food Bank’

We are all set up on Lindfield Common with slime, badge making & lots of information about our church and our missionary partners Tearfund & Leprosy Mission, if you’re visiting Lindfield Village Day come & see us
Please come and say hello tomorrow at Lindfield Village Day. We will have fun activities for children and some information about two Christian charities we support, Tearfund & The Leprosy Mission. Look forward to seeing you on the common.

Harvest Celebration today at LEFC, thanks to everyone who helped create our display with particular thanks to Jacqui. Most of our harvest gifts will be donated to Brighton Foodbank which is run by Brighton and Hove City Mission.
