My name is Simon Rattray. I Started LPM in the heart of the 1990s recession after 8 years in the plumbing and heating industry. We are a small company that pride ourselves on going that extra mile to make our customers feel special.

My name is Simon Rattray, I started with London Property Maintenance in the heart of the 1990s recession after 8 years of being qualified in the plumbing and heating industry. I also hold qualifications in air conditioning & bricklaying. We started out refurbishing domestic properties & as the times got better I dropped all the extra trades that I needed to survive & was left where I started with plumbing & heating. I mainly install Worcester boilers as they are the market leaders in terms of quality and after sales service, but I will work on most other makes of boilers. I also have a bathroom refurbishment team.

We are based in Abbeywood, South London and work in most areas within a 50 mile radius of my home. We endeavour to deliver an exceptionally high standard of workmanship, using the best materials and meeting the individual needs of each customer. We are not on call 24 hours a day but if you catch us while we're out and you're not too far away the chances are we'll turn up. We aim to resolve most problems within the shortest possible time so the information you provide to us on the phone is vital. You can find us on the Gas safe, Corgi and Worcester web sites but you won't find us anywhere else as we are a recommendation based company. All labour and materials provided by us come with a comprehensive minimum 12 months guarantee. As I am an accredited installer you also receive an additional 2 years manufacturers warrantee with your Worcester boiler.
