Wow! What a fantastic evening. Luxfords St George's Premier Squash team won the National final beating Tradition @ RAC by 3 games to 2 with an exhilarating last match between the World No 1 Mohamed ElShorbagy playing for Luxfords and Daryl Selby, World No. 19. A bitter-sweet moment as Daryl was a long time member of the St George's team!

A recent removal in Edinburgh with the help of an external elevator

As part of the Weybridge Chamber of Commerce Golf Society, Luxfords hosted the event at the prestigious St George's Hill Golf Club today. Always a good turn out for this venue and always good golf.

We were recently been contacted by the Royal Carribean Cruise Line to move a model of the Freedom of the Seas from the foyer of their Weybridge offices to Barcelona as fairly short notice.
Having seen the model, a purpose made crate was ordered and made within 24 hours, 5 men then moved the model and its casing into the crate to secure it ready for it's journey. In all, the crate and contents weighed in over 600kg, was nearly 12 ft long, 4ft wide and 5ft high.
Our clients were really impressed with the bespoke made crate, the manner in which we carried out the job and the speed in which it was all handled. The ship has now set sail on, perhaps, its last journey.

We have just moved our company insurance agent and long-time industry friend, Bob Tree, into his new home. We took the opportunity to go along and take a few photos of him and John - and to put a few controversial things into cartons ready for the move!
