Progress photos from today 💪 . . . Another back session in the bag, 3 weeks to go!... . . . And today, I have progressed from spending far too much time looking at hundreds of IG food photos, to actually making food! I have made my kids some fabulous granola (the smell of it roasting in the oven nearly killed me)! Feeling a little bit like this right now 🤣😱🙈 . . . People ask me all the time, why do I put myself through this challenge?... . . . The truth is, I need a health and fitness goal just like I advise my clients to have. If I stay in my same routine, it's easy to slip into my comfort zone, reach a plateau and not progress. . . . At the same time, if I am requiring my PT clients to be more strict with their nutrition and push harder in their training, I want to be reminded of what that feels like in order that I can better support and guide them to reach their health and fitness goals. . . . I am incredibly lucky and privileged to do the job I do, and I want to be the best I can be at my job. I finished off my shoulder workout today with some floor ab work. I thought I'd have a little check to see how my abs are coming along, and first of all, I was super chuffed 😁 . . . But, then, on looking further down, I could see my stretch marks. They dont actually look too bad in the photo (no filter either btw), I feel they are more prominent looking in 'real life'. ... . . . But then I had to give myself a little kick up the bottom for giving my stretch marks my negative thoughts. These stretch marks enabled me to bring the most precious, wonderful and perfect humans into this world, and they are my whole world 🌏 . . . I made a promise to my stretched tummy, that we will shine as bright and as stripey as we can come show day, and they are part of who and what I am; a mother. . . . I had planned to go to the gym today, but just didn't fancy going. So, instead I did my shoulders session in my own gym 🙌 . . . I usually don't train in my own gym because I find it difficult to switch off from work mode, but today I managed to get focused, and it was great 💪... . . . Such an amazing team who help you achieve things you didn't think you was capable of. Loved doing tough mudder with them and overcame a big fear thanks to their encouragement and positivity. And the kettlebells class rocks its a fab full body workout for all ages and abilities!

I’ve been attending kettle bell classes and I can honestly say it’s the best class I’ve attended in years. The friendly instructors are really supportive and provide high quality classes. They help with technique without making you feel silly which I personally feel is an excellent quality to have in an instructor. The classes are for all levels of fitness, and is a great place to help boost confidence and self esteem. Each class is different so it’s impossible to get bored of these classes !!!

If you want a truly dedicated and professional PT session, ever thought about doing a tough mudder then M2M are the people to help you. My mummy is blind and they embraced the challenge of training her with PT sessions and then went above and beyond in getting her around tough mudder course. I see Hannah for my personal training. She is amazing my first challenge with her was to lose enough weight to fit into my wedding dress, she gave me a diet plan and wrote all my fitness lost 1.5 stone and looked toned and beautiful in my lace backless dress on my big day! Nice easy natural plan with no crazy weight loss diet and I kept the weight of after ��

I have a metal knee so I am limited on exercises but I am never felt to feel I can’t do anything!

I see Hannah every week for fitness and i really enjoy working out with her! Recommended to everyone �

I absolutely loved doing kettlebell classes with M2M fitness! Richard is an amazing teacher even though you workout in a group he is very accommodating to your certain fitness level! I NEVER thought I would enjoy PT sessions but since being recommended Hannah at M2M Fitness I can honestly say I do. She makes all my sessions varied, fun but also challenging. She pushes me like Ive never been pushed before but I always come away feeling like I've got the most out of my sessions but also feel amazing! Not only does Hannah know all there is to know about fitness but she is knowledgeable about nutrition and I have learned so much from her. I can't recommend Hannah enough she is fab.

An amazing team!! I do P/T with Hannah and she keeps me on track and is always on hand with advise. I also do Kettle bells with Richard and it’s the best workout I’ve ever tried (soo not what you’d expect) it’s a fab all over workout!!
