Went to the café yesterday! I thought I’d treat my Daughter and Grandchildren to afternoon tea! It was very busy but they the staff were so helpful! There was a lady in particular who went out of her way to put tables and chairs together for us! She couldn’t do enough for us! I noticed we were missing the scones and mentioned it to her and in a flash we were tucking in to gorgeous scones jam and cream! Well done M&S ! I wish I’d got that lady’s name she deserves a mention! 😄

Nice experience.Went with my wife and daughter.My wife got the skirt she wanted in the sale,together with a couple of other things.My daughter got a pair of jeans in the sale(she went to MK1 with the intention of getting jeans from Next but was surprised M&S had what she wanted).She also purchased a few other things for our grandchildren (Well I did).We all enjoyed our time at the store which concluded with a visit to the Coffee Shop where we all had excellent refreshments.Just one downside;we visited the food hall in search of gluten free pizza,which unfortunately M&S do not produce so the grocery purchase went to Tesco.

I love this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I know a lot of them to say hello to now. It is quieter than the big one in MK and I feel calmer when Im shopping. I always collect my Xmas food order from here, and any other orders, it is very well organised. Also, the cafe staff are lovely. Lawrence looks after his customers so well and he has a great rapport with his staff.

Fast, friendly and efficient staff in the store and Cafe, I will be back…

We received the worst service ever in MK Stadium M&S cafe today, never before have we been treated with such direct rudeness. On asking if they did alternative milk. The young chap at the till counter replied’ oh your one of those people are you, no. We therefore asked what herbal teas were available. To then be informed oh we do soya. We then asked again what herbal teas were available to be completely blanked. He refused to answer us. We gave up at this point and left.
