hi I orderd a swimsuit an sarong on 27th may the money has gone through but I never received a email and I'm still waiting for the delivery ? can you advise please

Omg it was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by a lovely friendly lady advising me of your services, I haven’t been in this store for years and don’t tend to shop at M&S, but was very stressed looking for an interview outfit after my redundancy and 4 previous shopping trips elsewhere that week including M&S Eastbourne which has little stock it seems.

My click & collect of shoes went very smoothly.

I spoke with about 4 wonderful members of staff that all had time for me and couldn’t do enough to assist, but one that really shone was Carol who assisted me in the changing rooms (15/6/18 afternoon) I had nobody with me so she gave me lots of help and advice and ran around getting me other suggestions, then when she had to go home I heard her talking to her colleague ensuring I was still looked after! The most excellent customer service I have received in this country for a long time!! Thank you Carol so very much �

I have worked in retail myself for the last 7 years and M&S you have definitely got it right with your customer service, even down to not being rushed at the till and excellent friendly staff there too!

I will in future be coming straight to this store (even though I live in Hailsham and it’s quite a drive) because of this service and also the great range you have in this store, and I loved some of the cheaper work wear for every day too.

Keep up the good work and look after those wonderful colleagues, clearly the heart of this store!!

Myself, my mum and my nearly 2 year old son visited your store. My son was carrying his rabbit comforter, which he’s had since he was little.



After being in the store for around half an hour I noticed that his comforter had gone missing!! Shear panic struck as not only does he fall asleep with it but it has such a huge sentimental value to our family. We backtracked our steps but no luck. I spoke to Sharon and she did all she could to help us find the comforter but still no luck. She took my name and number and told me she’d call if they found it. I was distraught and very upset.



As we were leaving the store I saw Sharon standing at one of the tills...holding my little boys comforter � I was so happy!! And so was my son!! I just wanted to say, you truly made our day � Thank you x

Fantastic customer service today as always at M&S Shoreham Food Dept. Wanted to acknowledge it as it really made a difference to me today.

Experienced great customer service yesterday (22/12/17). I asked for a bra fitting & was told due to how busy you are they wouldn't be able to do any fittings. The lady (sorry I couldn't remember her name) then asked me what I needed & I explained that i have just finished breastfeeding & unsure what size i am but I'm happy to look around & find something, With this i was told me to go straight into the fitting room (with my 12week baby) & she spent some time with me to get the right size bra. The staff member didn't have to do this but i really appreciate the time she spent with me. Thank you for your help!

Brilliant customer service from all the staff despite it being nearly closing time. A special mention to Jane on the till who really did more than she needed to. 5/1/18 @ 20.30pm.

Shoreham was exceptional! Cafe had a good selection of eats and drinks and the seating outside was fabulous. We were fortunate with the sunshine and found the whole experience relaxing and extremely enjoyable. Cannot wait to return!

Love M&S It's a bit of a maze at the moment with lots of Xmas stock but always manage to visit the busy cafe/restaurant two or three times a week wife says they make the best cappuccino and lots of choice for eats.

Fantastic customer service again - told Lucy who the candidates were who stood out, thanks to them just being very friendly and helpful, was so lovely to see! In this day and age, everyone is quick - and quite right - to complain but hardly anyone congratulates so if you see and experience great customer service, please shout about it!!

A good place to hang out for the odd half-day. Especially in winter. Easy parking. I find the latest rearrangement of the shop floor confusing but maybe it'll grow on me.
