We've had a fantastic day at MPGC today.
It was great to host our friends from Townley Golf Club in the newly resurrected 'Rats V Tats' competition. Our continued partnership with Townley Golf course continues to provide great opportunities for both sets of members, and today's competition was played in great spirit.
Marsden Park were lucky enough to win the trophy with a narrow victory, and we look forward to growing this competition over the next few years.

An unbelievable match between Declan Buksh and Andy 'Hamish' Miller provided some fantastic golf tonight.
A great turnout of members witnessed a superb match.
In the end Declan Buksh was crowned our worthy Club Champion 2019.
... A fantastic season so far for Dec as he adds the Club Championship title to the ELGA Handicap trophy.

Big thanks to everyone who turned up to play in the Municipal Trophy today. The weather wasnвҖҷt the best but we managed to get 79 players around the course. Big up to our Greenkeepers for producing a course in great condition. Players from around the country came to play from as far a field as Swansea. The eventual winner was our own Mr Shaun Pounder with a score of 91-19-72 cpo. Runner up was Pleasington member Mr Andrew Burns with 90-18-72. Third place was MPGC member Rob Mitton with 92-19-73. Best Gross went to Russell Shaun and nearest pins was M Butler on the 2nd and Adrian Farnell on the 15th. Our next open is the Memorial on the 22nd September. Call us to book a place.
