Following lots of enquiries we are putting Beginners Bootcamp sessions on again. These will be every Monday 7-8pm and every Friday 6-7pm. Any age from 16, all fitness levels, shapes and sizes are welcome so why not come and join our amazing crazy bunch and see what you can achieve. When my friend suggested going to this class I wasn't too keen as I have to be honest I really wasn't up for being shouted at and told what to do. How wrong I was I've been going for 12 weeks now and I love it, I hate it if I miss a session, we started off once a week and have now increased to twice a week. Dave O'Hara is really encouraging and constantly pushes you without you really noticing you've done it, (until the following day lol) its helped me to lose 1 1/2 stone and a total so far of 1 1/2 inches great for relieving stress and everyone that comes along is in the same boat. No-one judges you and we're all there to get fit and we have a laugh whilst doing it. So give it a go!

Quite a newbie - been only going about a month or so and it's fantastic. Great work outs coupled together with a support friendly mad enthusiastic bunch. Really wakes your body up to a new way of training and it works. Your body suddenly realises that it can do it and can be pushed further. Dave is always looking out for everyone and everyone goes at their own pace. Absolutely love it - give it a go you won't regret your decision in fact you will become hooked ���

Over the years I have been a gym fanatic, tried just about every class going and participated an countless sports, but I have never come accross anything quite like this or a trainer like Dave. His enthusiasm, support and knowledge are exceptional! The classes comprise people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels, but the group support is consistent and something I've never found before. I get bored easily, but the activities change daily, which keeps me motivated, you never do the same things in each session. In the last 18 months, I have changed so much and feel physically and mentally fitter than I have for the last 20 years. I really can't recommend it highly enough!!!

My Mum and I went to our first session yesterday morning with our friend. We were nervous before we went and didn't know what to expect. However when we got there everyone was so welcoming and we had such a good time. Dave was amazing and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing. My Mum, who is very overweight was worried she would not be able to keep up or partake in every part of the session has been inspired by her first session at Marsh Bootcamp. She was not intimidated at all and Dave was great at keeping her going. Thank you Dave and everyone for making us feel so welcome. We will be returning! (2016)



Nearly two years down the line and still bloody love it and I am going to miss it so much when I move to London. Will definitely be paying regular visits when I am home. This is the best type of exercise ever and definitely allows you to see amazing changes more than going to the boring old gym! Everyone should get on the bootcamp bus! Thank you Dave xx (2018)

Joining bootcamp was the best thing I EVER did. I started in June 2016 just attending once a week and have now built up my fitness levels and increased the number of times I go each week to a minimum of 4 now. I come away after every session thinking ‘loved that and can feel it in my body’. I’m fitter and healthier than ever, my diet has changed and I eat more than I ever did BUT it’s about how you prepare your food and what you use (I don’t use oil, just Frylite, no ready made sauces & avoid processed foods). I am now in a mindset that my daily diet and exercise routine matters to me so I have a really positive focus.

I would recommend bootcamp and boxing to anyone, it’s not an overnight fix but with your commitment it really does work for the best. The support and banter from those at Marsh Bootcamp is like nothing else, everyone is there for their own reasons however we all encourage each other.

So glad I made the decision to try out something different as I am now 2 dress sizes smaller, 1.5 stones lighter and feeling fab! Thank you to Dave & everyone for allowing me to actually enjoy exercising!!

I’m really crap at anything exercise related and have never found a place before quite like this one, where I feel comfortable, part of a team and can workout at my own pace. Dave is a great motivational guy who pushes you to do your best and is always there for advise and his version of gentle encouragement ��. Would recommend to anyone wanting a friendly no fuss gym ��

I've been going to boot camp and boxercise for over a year now, as and when my hectic life allows me. No problems with that , Dave makes me very welcome and everyone else is so friendly. Not sure about joining? Go on! Give it a try, then you can decide.

I used to attend Dave's bootcamp sessions when he held them in the scout hut in Greatstone. I was a new mum with a body I was ashamed of. I've just had my second baby nearly 4 weeks ago but I've been desperate to try out the equipment in the unit and it's safe to say that after just two sessions I'm hooked again! Well done to Dave for having a great selection of equipment, and for being the only fitness centre I know of where everyone is so friendly, supportive and not a show off. Everyone is in it for the same reason; so regardless of your shape, size, age, and ability it's at least worth a try! I can guarantee that a little dedication and time will keep you coming back for more :)

I think it's about time I left a little review.

I'm a bit crap when I comes to exercise. Ive never really stuck at anything exercisey! Until I joined The Marsh Bootcamp. During the first session, Dave talked me through everything I needed to do and made sure I only did what my body, as a first timer, could handle. It was such a good environment to exercise in, I decided to go back. After a few more sessions, I decided to 'commit' by paying for a whole months worth. I can honestly say it's been so worth it! Every session is different. Dave gets you working every muscle and will always push you to the best of your ability, but not too far that you'll do yourself in. He's very good at seeing when I'm slacking, that's for sure! Boxercise is great too, I didn't think I'd enjoy that half as much as I do. Everyone is so friendly, it creates such a good atmosphere and makes it enjoyable.

Literally everyone is welcome. All shapes, sizes, ability levels and ages. If you're thinking about giving it a go, do!

I jumped on the boot camp bus back last October after deciding I needed to do something with my time as was becoming increasingly lazy! I wasn't looking to loose weigh just to tone up a bit and get some much needed energy back in my life, and well what can I say!! I have dropped from a size 12 to a 10 lost 11lb in weight and feel so much better about my self. I'm fitter and stronger and have made some good (could call them crazy!) friends along the way, we all push each other along and encourage one and other when needed. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome when you first arrive, I was so nervous before i went, tried to find a reason not to go as I'm not one for venturing out of my comfort zone, but I'm so glad I did. The only thing i regret is not starting earlier!

I joined Marsh Bootcamp in August last year and can honestly say that I have never regretted it! No two sessions are the same so you don't get bored and everyone is so friendly and supportive. Dave Binsey O'Hara is 100% committed to getting the best out of his campers and he makes you want to do your best. The boot camps are held six days a week, with both morning and evening sessions, and are attended by a lovely bunch of people of all ages, shapes and sizes. No-one is made to feel out of place and everyone encourages each other to do their best. There are also men's circuit sessions and there is a growing gym which is open all day with Dave on hand to give one-to-one advice and encouragement. If you want to have fun and keep fit with a bunch of lovely people, Marsh Bootcamp and Firness Centre is definitely the place to go!

I joined Dave's bootcamp in June of this year. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. The bootcampers are super and they all encourage and push each other. Dave's years of experience certainly show. He most definetely know's his stuff giving you a full body workout every session. Although you work to your own ability and pack, Dave will push your limits slowly, to make sure you reep the benefits of bootcamp. Since joining I have lost just over 2st, and I feel both fitter and stronger. My advise to you is to come and try a session, I promise you will not look back. #ThinkBootcampthinkstrong �����

I joined 8 weeks ago having been a member at the gym on and off for years I fancied something more challenging as I don't motivate myself very well and I can honestly say the results are amazing never felt soo good and Dave is always there to motivate you and make you feel at ease the other members are all lovely and welcoming you can go at your own pace and level I'm totally addicted to bootcamp now I do 4 sessions a week you never get bored as every session is different make the change join bootycamp you won't be disappointed !!

Hi, heres my review of Marsh Bootcamp. I finally plucked up the courage to give it a go, I felt so out of place as it was mostly women there. I was very unfit with 2 left feet. When I arrived all it would've taken was a snigger or funny look and I would have never returned, instead I got welcomed, supported and encouraged. That was 9 months ago and its still the same except I dont feel out of place. Everyone is there for different reasons and no one judges or compares. (I've still got 2 left feet lol)

To date I've lost 1 stone 5 pound but best thing is im sleeping better, have more energy and more flexibility. My average resting heart rate has gone from 76 BPM to 61 BPM I can put my own socks on in the morning and pick a Pound coin off the floor. Which all adds up to a healthier and happier outlook on life.

So whats your excuse for not giving it a go?... See you there.

Good, old fashioned Bootcamp/Gym - Dave is tough but fair!! (and that is why you pay to go to Bootcamp!!) Hard work but fun - demanding on your body BUT extremely rewarding!! Totally different to other Gyms!! There was no sniggering when I walked in the first time to Beginner's Bootcamp and the regulars are so very supportive of us newbies!! I was not the fittest (!!?? :D ) of people when I started going to see Dave but I can definitely feel and see the difference in myself - my stamina and fitness levels have increased!!



Try a Beginner's Bootcamp session - it is certainly nothing like you expect it to be and everything that you need in a Bootcamp/Fitness Centre !! Thanks Dave x

Did bootcamp for about a year and a half on and off with Dave. It helped with my asthma, confidence, loosing and maintaining my weight also falling pregnant ��



Since moving to Ashford and joining another bootcamp �

it has made me realise even more how much I miss this one!!!! �



Dave is prob the most genuine guy you will ever meet who actually cares about he’s customers.



Met such a great bunch off people from here to, all so welcoming and fun people to be around!

Best place Gym place I’ve been to! Always get the best workout regardless and always get help if needed! Definitely the place to go if you want to get fit or even just if you want to enjoy exersize! Actually enjoying it for once and seeing slight improvements in the short time I’ve been attending! Has the best atmosphere, wouldn’t go anywhere else! �

Awesome gym and bootcamp sessions! I have been using the gym and the odd bootcamp session. There is something for everyone and every type of muscle you can think of. Dave is a lovely chap, he is very supportive and will motivate you to push yourself to what you want to achieve. Everyone here is friendly and supportive 🙂
