We offer a Man in Van service, where any type of small general property maintenance is undertaken at a fixed cost. This can range from repairing damaged walls, putting up picture frames through to curtain poles and painting. This service is available to both domestic and commercial properties.

Rotted flat roof in Ryde replace with new 18mm boards and torched on felt. New lead work undertaken where needed. All glass replaced for safety toughened panels.
Complete new kitchen installed including new floating floor and vinyl finish flooring. Bespoke blue glass splashbacks fitted with quartz worktops and Howdens handleless door fronts in gloss white.
Shaker style ceiling which offers a simple yet effect solution to closing the gap off to the ceiling. This shaker section has a separate lighting showing off the units.

Full kitchen replacement including new consumer board. White gloss kitchen doors and splash backs fitted and room painted with brilliant white kitchen grade paint.
Oak effect worktop fitted which offers a good contrast against the white. Howdens kitchen and appliances installed with a brush steel effect to match the handles.

Damaged asbestos roof removed. New treated timbers 8”/2” fitted to created a flat roof. Felt torched on followed by lead flashing.
Small roofing job completed. Damage lead in a box gutter replaced for new. Tiles re used and area cleaned.

New external door fitted complete with a 5 lever lock. Finished in dulux exterior satin white.
Five bedroom house fully redecorated. Two coats of brilliant white on the ceilings, two coats of colour dulux on the walls followed by undercoat and top coat of satinwood white on the woodwork.
Complete re-roof undertaken in Ryde. New UPVC fascias, soffits and guttering installed along with new loft insulation.
New consumer board fitted, room completely decorated and new kitchen installed. Third party to lay carpets and vinyl.

Chipboard flooring had collapsed in several areas. Fully replaced for new 22mm moisture resistant chipboard flooring.
