Medi-Sport is a multidisciplinary sports medicine centre offering Sports Therapy, Osteopathy, Sports Massage, orthotics, injury pre & rehabilitation, K -Taping. Full range of diagnostic ultrasound scanning, Radial Shock therapy, Ultrasound therapy. Strength & Conditioning training proven track record at elite level.
We have modern, state of the art technology to aid in faster recovery. Our aim is to enable our patients to get back to competitive sport faster and to reduce frustrating injury time. We are continuously forging professional and industry contracts with local teams and athletes.
Our therapists are professionally qualified and insured and strive to provide the best service and patient outcomes. We can arrange fast referrals and have extensive relationships with our medical practitioners.

So... 6 weeks totally alcohol free, extra milage running but hit a big wall. Fatigue.
So... had a sports therapy massage and treatment (big stretch emphasis) Quads and Hammy's had lost over 30 degrees of range!!
... Since treatment I've Really broke through the short plateau. Knocked off 6 mins on average on my run course.
