Went for a blood test today, knowing it was a Saturday I thought I'd be here forever! However I didn't even wait 5 minutes. I'm petrified of blood tests but the lady was very calm and quick. I can't even see where the blood was taken. Brilliant, thank you.

User

Very helpful with my daughter yesterday, who has a terrible rash and not well at all .. turns out Glandular fever and tonsillitis . The nurse was extremely helpful and thorough and reassured us .

User

So impressed with the building, extremely clean.

Reception very welcoming and care given was fast and dedicated

My 6 year old son had to have a blood test and although there was a bit of a wait the staff were amazing with him. My son was very scared and made a bit of protest about not having it done, but with patience they managed to do the blood test with quickness and ease. So thank you

User

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with my experience today. Popped in for blood tests and it was just that easy. I was seen in minutes and the environment couldn't have been more clean and welcoming.

Friday I had to call an ambulance as I was in agony on arrival I was seen by a very nice nurse, after some treatment I was passed to medoc, I could not believe the treatment I received from the doctor, a Dr Francis so kind and understanding,he treated me like human being and not just a number. Unfortunately on Sunday night I was in trouble again, at around 10pm out came another Doctor what a lovely kind man unfortunately I did not get he's name, but my many many thanks to you both when I really did need you.

Well done Medway hospital for having such great staff.

User

Excellent service on a Saturday. Work away all week so a Saturday opening is the perfect answer for me. Quick and helpful. Very professional.

User

Can't thank the staff at MCH enough. I've been under them for physiotherapy for a while now, it's a great modern facility, spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly and helpful.

Wanted to give them a round of applause and show some appreciation. Well done MCH :)

Although we waited for 3hrs to be seen I was impressed by doctor Rons diagnosis. My daughter has been suffering for more than 2 yrs with terrible pains in her stomach. Tjis doctor took the time to listen to her then explain what he thought her problem.was. impressed by his knowledge and methods of eradication.

User

Was easy to get to. Free parking. Nice friendly staff and it didn't take long to wait for a blood test. Definately the better nhs places around Medway.

User

I have just joined the staff at mices and so far I'm really enjoying my time with mch and I'm so impressed with all the training I'm receiving, great job.

User

All the way from lower gillingham to the business Park on the bus, for a 15 minute appointment to be shown 3 exercises that the physio in Balmoral clinic could've shown me. I was expecting a 1 to 1 palates class. Some where a bit more central would be helpful.

User

Was told to attend medocc app at 3.30 got seen at 5.30 with a 10month Ill baby... although staff were lovely not happy with waiting time

User

Not good at all, was given an appointment to be told this is approximate there is an hour waiting. Not a very good system I called 111 at 8:30 in the morning my appointment was at 19:15 in the evening - I would have been better going to A & E and waiting I would have been seen quicker. I tried to do it the right way and go through 111 as I don’t want to take away from real emergencies.

User

I'm not pleased at how hard it was to find!!! Needs more sign posts and the sat nav is the same post code as the office across the road....

In the same breath the Phlebotomist was excellent.

User

I am part of mch pentagon. The individual staff are great, but getting an appointment is a battle. Today I had one and arrived on time but had to wait an hour for my appointment which with a toddler and being pregnant, left me on the verge of tears even though I’d taken toys and snacks etc with me. It’s a joke! This is not the only time this has happened and to be honest puts me off going back even if I was unwell.

User

Got a appt for 12.30pm organised by paramedics after 1 hour went and asked why I had not gone in yet as people were turning up and going straight in and they told me the nurse couldn’t deal with pregnant patients and I had to wait for drs appts to be cleared before he would see me.. if I hadn’t of asked I would of been sitting there hours
