We had a party booked for our son on one of the packages, we had 2 lanes reserved and they were ready when we arrived. The service was very good, the food wasn't great but it was hot and the children ate it. We were very happy with the overall package and staff :) I would recommend and will come back.

Took my son and 5 of his friends to Whitstable bowling alley after school today for his birthday. They boys had a great time. The staff were excellent, very helpful and obliging, the food went down very well with the kids and it was great value. Many thanks to the staff and a big thumbs up to the new style nachos�

Me and the girls from work have been twice now had a good night and really enjoyed ourselves and the staff on that evening was very helpful to.

Good relaxed atmosphere for the whole family with friendly staff, only downside is the interior could do with an upgrade.

The bowling alley had a very unpleasant musty smell. The ladies toilets are not clean and in a bad state of repair in the cubicles,the sink didn't looked as though it had been cleaned for a long time. The bowling balls are of a very very poor standard and the Lane we were playing on kept sticking.

Paid for 2 games, the lane we were bowling in kept on playing up (pretty much every go), after a while asked to go to another lane which the staff did but then that one kept playing up too. Asked for a refund for the second game we had not started and was told we could only have gift vouchers in placement so I had to take them - although after such a bad experience and unhelpful, rude staff I don’t know who I would want to put through that experience? £20 down the drain, thanks a lot ��

Nice place, nice, pleasant people.....perhaps need to be a little more controlling ..... rowdy bunch next to us were annoying.... only thing the let's it down is the mechanical and equipment side..... lanes are often breaking g down or not registering, bowling balls seriously need replacing!!!! ..... shoes aavailable are not in great condition and for the most part you are encouraged to bowl in your own footwear....



..... Still, that being said.... we had a good night and some good bowling!

Fond memories of coming here as a kid and my kids now like it too, but it's not the same. Don't mind it not being as flashy as bigger places, and can't really complain too much about the random numbers of pins getting laid out as we aren't any good anyway. The constant crashing of equipment and waiting around is irritating even to the incompetent, however. And a bit of customer service would really have gone a long way. They can see when lanes have crashed but don't seem bothered about fixing it unless you ask. When you do ask, you get teenage blank face, or rolled eyes. I got the feeling their resignation and lack of positivity was due to ongoing frustration with the equipment rather than us personally but an apology and smile would have kept things fun. Instead, the grumpiness meant the overall impression was - what a rubbish way to spend some money. Definitely don't come if you are actually into bowling as a sport.

The lanes was not registering the knockdown pin. E.g. knocked down 3pins when it go back up to bring down the other 7pins there is only 2pin. Spoke to manager and he was very rude, chucked a bruch of keys down and walked away. No sorry, feel sorry for rest of staff as they was very understanding, will not be returning

Terrible experience, dirty buildings and rude staff. Truly spoilt evening.

Place is obsolete, balls are old and damaged, so much so that thumbs were injured. The lanes were not working correctly and toilets not clean and damaged, very disappointing as this could be and was a very nice place. However, saying that the staff were very helpful and polite, you have a fantastic team working there considering how run down the site is, Lee and Kerry on shift at the time.

It's a no from me, no, no thanks, no way, naaaaa
