Our lives have been flipped upside down, we've lost so much feeling of control and freedom.

We can change our mood quite quickly with exercise.
During this time there is a lot of anxiety, frustration and scared ness over the coronavirus pandemic.
We donโ€™t have as much control over our lives as we are use to which can leave us feeling more anxious and nervous
