We had a very nice evening on Saturday 28th October, The Waitress that looked after us was very nice the thing i liked most was that we had the same waitress for the whole evening, the food was very good and the service was also very good i would recomend it to anyone

We had a meal today for the first time with our 2 children (4 and 1) and we were so impressed after reading so many mixed reviews. Every bit of food was excellent, kids meals were also fantastic value for money and the lady that served us was so lovely and polite. Will definitely be returning! Well done �

This is the best Steakhouse I’ve been to so far. The food is excellent and the service is great. Hubby loves it here too. Cocktails are lovely. Can’t complain about anything here. Look forward to our next visit. I recommend the Berry Margarita cocktail ��

Sadly I didn’t catch her name, but she was serving the front area near the door on Tuesday evening. She was very helpful, polite and informative not only to us, but also other diners there

My father ,brother and sister are all visiting me from Australia for my 60th birthday. We drove from London to Brighton sightseeing. On arrival we wer hungry and so I just stopped at the first eatery for a sandwich. To our surprise we entered a fabulous steak restaurant.

Excellent decor and service. Our brother-in-law in Australia owned a cattle feed lot in the past and so we are steak aficionados and I have to say we were not disappointed!

Lovely place to eat and good value with the two and three courses. Food and service spot on and looking forward to coming back.

Lovely lobster meal but a bit confused as to why the Dom perignon is £150 in this miller and carter when it’s £120 a bottle in the one down the road in lancing ??

It was our first time last night 😁 to celebrate my birthday, my food was Amazing the steak 🥩 was cooked just how I like it ... so was my husband but halfway through his steak was really bloody which wasn’t good ! But we where give free coffee and pudding as a good will . It won’t put us off it was just bad luck. We should come and see you again real soon . Ps the service was good but very slow .

I have a nut allergy so trying to find somewhere to eat out that doesn't just blanket their menu with 'everything MAY contain nuts' is refreshing. I heard about Miller & Carter via a Nut Allergy Facebook page and lots of people had given great reviews and they were right. I was provided with a full allergy menu and a dish that I wanted was tweaked. Above and beyond the great service the food was absolutely wonderful. Lobster mac and cheese was absolutely delicious. I already know what I'm having when we visit again 😋

Had a meal here last night with my husband, great service by Bonny and the food was excellent, hot and cooked perfectly. Will definitely return for our next meal out. 😊😊

Great food and excellent service. Have been twice recently and on both times everything was perfect. Very clean crockery and cutlery which was great. The whole place is very clean and the interior looks amazing. It felt like a true fine dining restaurant!!!! Staff very friendly and helpful - no chasing for anything which was perfect. I recommend this great steak house as the attention to detail is very good. I only wish there was a restaurant more local to me as I could go back time after time. Well done to the whole team and keep it up!!!

I like the new restaurant not been before. I thought the service was a little slow but perhaps thats me being impatient. The burger was very nice but the lack of chips for the price was disappointing for me. Overall quite good.

The service was great, fresh napkins and cutlery with every course and the waitress was very efficient. The set lunch menu was a good price but the food reflected the price unfortunately. The calamari still had the skin on which made it bitter. The tempura sapphire was 4 strands on top of a small fillet of Sea bass and the skin was not crispy. The food was bland. The pudding was disappointing. I was expecting an apple crumble tart but received a slice of reheated apple sponge which did not have a piece of crumble on it, that said it tasted okay but was definitely not a crumble. If I ever went again I'd stick to ordering steak!

The food is always pretty good. And the staff are always friendly. My disappointment that, unfortunately is also always, is that they always run out of something. This time we were they they had run out of at least 3 menu items. Come on. You know how much stock you are gonna need - order more!!

Have been served by the same old lady both times we've been, and you don't even get a thank you for tipping.

Make sure you allow plenty of time if visiting, average wait between each course is 30 minutes minimum!

Forgot to add, you're made to wait in the bar whilst tables are cleared and prepped because they're painfully slow at this!

Sorry but I don't like this nouveau cuisine Won't be going back ! I think my chicken breast had been divided up for three people the bacon was about an inch long the melted cheese was the size of a fifty pence piece the salad garnish was about 6 bits of mustard and cress and the onion Yuk My mayonnaise arrived when I'd nearly finished. Raspberry brûlée absolutely gorgeous but the rest made it an expensive pudding not for me.

Travelling 15 miles to have a steak I have been looking forward to all week , chose the long hawk it was not cooked right it was bleeding and not cooked , took so long to comeback we ended up not having steak at all !!! Gutted !!! You would expect to get a perfect steak when you spend £50 on a steak in a steak house !!!!!!!!!! Really gone down hill the last few months
