As Christmas fast approaches we have again erected our “family tree” of remembrance. Each bauble contains a message to a loved one. Send us your message and we will write one out for you and place it on the tree or better still pop in to see us in person and write it out over a cuppa. We will remember them all x

Its the small things make a big difference. Everything we do is unique because every person is unique. If your dad loved trains and ladybirds - well thats exactly what we will do for them - even on their coffin plate. Because nothing is too much trouble.

Our “thank you” wall is ever growing - as is the feedback on the website, Facebook and google pages. Whilst we know it is feedback we have earned, without the families entrusting us with their most precious asset, (a loved one)- it is not possible to achieve.
As we enter our second year of trading we wanted to take the time to thank each and every one of the wonderful families we have been privileged enough to have served. Last year we conducted 58 funerals which in honesty i...s probably three times the amount we hoped we would achieve as a new company in our first year and we are very thankful and very grateful for each and every one of them coming to us.
Rather than “rest on our laurels” we move forward and we continue to refine, polish, improve and invest in our level of service because we feel you can never care “too much” about people in what is most certainly their greatest hour of need.

We would like to thank you and your wife for the way you helped us organise mum’s Funeral, we had never been in a situation where we have had to organise a funeral prior to this and found the thought of it daunting but when we met John we realised it wasn’t going to be daunting at all.



John made everything so smooth and easy. He knew what he was doing and was very re-assuring and moved at such a pace to get everything underway, as we probably organised everything in the quickest timescales because the funeral had to take place within seven days of her death due to our own situation. Even with the speed at which it was organised everything was dignified, respectful, it was such a lovely funeral.



And all this took place without the extortionate costs that other funeral directors were quoting.

The unfortunate passing of my dad, we used MKFFS and John made every step as easy as possible. At a time when your heart has been broken I can honestly say John went out of his way to do what he could for us.
