I love supporting women and couples from the very early stages of planning a family through to after they've had their baby. I make many good friends on the way.
I'm a maternity Reflexologist working with all things from supporting successful conception, pregnancy niggles like constipation, swelling, back ache, overdue, breech etc.
I offer the ultimate relaxing pregnancy massage. Fully supported side lying massage I can really get into the areas in back, neck and shoulders that need attention in pregnancy, i use massage to help with swelling, water retention, headaches, anxiety, stress and when you want some time out away from wrk or other children!
I support women and couples from the end of their pregnancy throughout their labour to ensure they are full informed and their birth a positive one.
I teach parents to massage their babies and suport their development physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually. I work extensively with babies with colic, constipation and fretfulness and work alongside local breastfeeding supporters to sort out wind problems.
