The service is outstanding, the removal guys are excellent going out of their way to make the move as smooth as possible. They enjoyed a laugh with us, but worked very hard and were polite and courteous at all times. Well done and a huge thanks to all of you.

The guys who moved my mum from Deal to Norfolk on December 14th were absolutely wonderful! Respectful, polite, patient and kind. They looked after her like she was their own mum. I can't thank them enough. Briliiant company!

Minters we're fabulous! They made our move easy (and actually fun!). Everyone was very personable and friendly, and the fact they went beyond by plumbing in our dishwasher was an amazing bonus! I am recommending them to everyone.

I accidentally ended up going to Minters after my idiotic plan to dismantle a snooker table and ship myself went awry.



To say these guys were Great is an understatement. Totally saved my bacon and subsequently were beyond helpful and accommodating. Knowledgeable and the Shipping superb.

Even during the most abysmal weather yesterday, the lads were fast and professional throughout, even though they were wet through and being blown about! Thank you so much ���

Amazing team that made the whole day stress free! Would recommend to anyone. They couldn't do enough for us.

Absolutely amazing management and such friendly staff. Can't recommend enough.

Never ever again. I booked minters weeks in advance for a Thursday pack and Friday move but because they were so busy i had to bring my move date forward (presumably so they could move someone else on the dates I'd already booked). They took a chunk out of the wall by the door and left some big scratches on the bedroom wall. As the service and damage was so bad I refused the pay the £60 balance of my £1400 bill so they took me to small claims. Now regretting forgetting the court date as I'm pretty sure I'd of won. Who knows though? I'll be returning the favour when I move out and find out how much of my deposit they cost me as although the promised to repair the damage they never turned up.
