Just had ultimate detail on my Db9 looks stunning now all paint swirls gone ,wheels done , coating on .Paul sent me all before and after photo's kept me upto date on every stage .great service and happy customer.
Is there a way I can give more then 5 stars?? Paul's name says it all, Other then passionate and knowledgable he's for sure a Miracle maker. Paul I admire your work and have much respect for you! Keep it up.
I cut an article about what Paul Dalton does out and stuck it above my desk and said "THAT is what I'm going to do". Thank you for all you have done in the past 11 years.
He is at the top of our profession, and sets the benchmark for the rest of us that are driven by the same passion.
Had my car detail, only a BMW Z4 but came back looking amazing. Thinking about selling it now it looks brand new, bound to get a premium for it!!

I so wanted to be happy with the service I received, I so wanted to leave the same glowing review that others have left. Unfortunately I just can’t. Yes, he has a great reputation- that’s why I took the time to take my new car to him. Promises of lots of photos of the poor paintwork on my new car never arrived - Paul knew I needed these to give as evidence to the dealer. So I handed over my £1250 (up front) and left him to do his magic. 3 days later, I received an email to say it was all finished. Yes it looked shiny, some of the swirls were still there (I look at the recent Z4 with envy - why didn’t mine turn out like that?!). Apparently it was a difficult job. Maybe it was because I didn’t go for the Modesta coating? I don’t know....only Paul does. Anyway, he promised me an email on how to wash my car to keep it in this(!) condition along with the photos. A broken promise. I’ve tried to follow up with him many times, but I don’t even get a response. Paul has my money and he is happy. Well thanks Paul, that’s my mortgage for a month....and you can’t even be bothered to take 2 minutes to send a reply. I know many of you think Paul can do no wrong & I hope that is the case for others in the future. Me? I have many emotions, none of them good. That to me, Paul, is not the way to treat your customers.
