I received this text on Thursday last week and I thought it was a vital share on here. I will not be able to treat anyone in the beauty room who has travelled to any of the countries listed within the last 2 weeks before their appointment. I also state in the pre advice message that if you are at all unwell prior to your appointment then I will not be able to carry out the treatment for you and will need to re schedule.
Please note that I do keep days aside for re scheduled c...lients so if either of the above is relevant to you then please do let me know. It is the same if you have been in close contact with friends or family who are unwell as you may be carrying an illness before symptoms show.

Since reading Self Care for the Real world I really try to do little things to look after “me” a little more.... Tomorrow I will be doing a full self care Sunday....a full day of unplugging from my normal day to day life and re charging my soul. My self care Sunday rituals are...
No internet at all, no social media, work messages, news apps until 6pm and then only for 1 hour max.
A good run
A walk with the dog and the kids for as many miles as we can
Good food
Journaling
Living in the moment not planning ahead (like o do obsessively)
Spending time in my little Sunday bubble with the people I love
A big bubble bath with candles and salts
Hair and face mask
Super early night
LOTS of water

This is a non brow related post but, in light of recent events with Caroline Flack and with there being almost 5000 women on this page I thought it was an important share not only for my personal social media but also here where there could be one person struggling that this may help.
This is my brothers page - he is one of the most resilient people I know. He also has the biggest heart. Both of us have faced immense struggles at different times in our lives and neither of us... have had the easiest ride. We both however have something inbuilt that allows us to withstand the storms. We both manage to find a reason to stay here fighting on when everything inside us wants to give up, I don’t know why we have this or why we feel this way but we do, we always stay, we always carry on.
I faced severe trauma in my early teenage years and then went on to an extremely difficult time but, I was lucky, I was given my gift my absolute purpose at just 17 by way of my son and I openly say that without him coming to my life I would not be here now, that is a fact. He gave me a reason to live when I was battling so many internal demons that crippled me.
My brother has faced such adversity in his life that are not my story to tell but he has and I have watched him focus on helping others despite his own pain.
I have such admiration for you Mark Desmond and the work that you do, I am blown away by your kindness, courage and strength even in the darkest of times and I am in love with your passion for helping others.
Can we all please remember that we are a human race we need to help and support each other because people do go through really really tough times and it does have an impact.
I now know that nothing in this life could ever be as bad as what I went through when I was younger and I am still here, I now know that as long as I have my children on this earth I will remain here regardless of any circumstances because they are my absolute reason for living.
Find purpose, resilience and kindness in a world that try’s to break us.
Help people, build them up, care for others, take the time, notice things, be generous.
I mean this from the bottom of my heart if anyone on here feels alone, message me, message my brother and I swear to you we will do everything we can to help you
