When we stay at the premiere inn we alway’s go in Missoula there’s a good choice on the menu, quick service and he foods served very hot, the drinks are a bit expensive.

Went in today as a party of 4 including a toddler. It was quiet but it was new years eve afternoon and to be expected. Now I am a bit of a food snob and generally tend to judge certain places before I even walk through the door, particularly with chain restaurants. Well how wrong could I be. The welcome and service from the young man behind the bar was first class, we found the other staff present to be equally polite. All the food was freshly cooked well presented and delicious, when I said "compliments to the chef" I wholeheartedly meant it.



We will definitely be back in soon.

My friends and I recently had lunch and drinks at this place.

The staff are all friendly, helpful, polite and professional.

SAM made us some Pornstar Martini's which we agreed were the best we had ever tasted.

The food itself was well presented and tasted delicious.

The Chef kindly did me a portion of Fattuesh to take home to my Son.

The place itself is clean and modern with a good atmosphere.

We recommend it to all and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

I came on Saturday before the little mix concert, pub was so busy, food was excellent the service was excellent, staff coped amazingly under pressure with it being so busy!! Definetly recommend! Ignore the bad reviews, management were fantastic towards customers and staff!!

We went in on Saturday for the Derby game on tv before going to watch Bolton live.We got in early 1200 for a seat and view to a TV.We ordered our lunch and were told a 30 min back log.We didn't mind this and much prefer to be told in advance.I don't mind a wait for food as long as it's good,which when it came wasn't!Its not fine dining it's pub grub so how hard can it be to get gammon egg An chips,or an allday breakfast eight?When asked by the waitress as she cleared our plates away if everything was ok I replied 'No the sausage were cold in the middle 'To which she replied 'sorry bout that' and went about her work.Why ask the question if your not bothered?

I would go back but wouldn't eat in there again.

Looks so modern from the outside & I really like the set out inside, everything looks clean & tidy!

Visited on Monday 13th November & it wasn’t busy, ordered food & I was just so disappointed.. the flatbread was so hard & inedible and only came with 3 small pieces of chicken on which were really dry � My boyfriend ordered the tapas & his looked a lot better & he enjoyed it!

Not one member of staff came to check the food was okay resulting in me leaving a full meal... and as the plates were never cleared from the table we were never able to pass our feedback along �

Maybe the circle system of serving needs a review as this is the most unfair system I have come across it is simply not first come first served it’s who enter the circle at whatever time which causes more disgruntlement than is necessary.....the manager needs to be retrained or replaced �

I would like to express my disgust after the service which was received on Saturday 14th July in the Middlebrook bar. We arrived to a pre booked table for 6 and an average busy bar. We sat at the table viewing the drinks menus, we were then greeted by what appeared to be a manager asking could she take the drinks menus. No explanation as to why.

We then made our way to the bar to order drinks and food. One customer at the bar mentioned that cocktails were not being served, which explained the menus being taken, however this would have been polite to advise so upon collection of the menus. When we could distract the attention of a member of staff to confirm (Riley) responded in an aggressive manner that cocktails were only available for pre-booked tables, I confirmed that we did have a pre booked table to which he responded again in an aggressive manner, he then followed up with a mutter of ‘well this is going to be f**king fun’ I made it clear I heard his comment and passed judgement on the rudeness of said person. We were then served by Naomi, who was probably the only customer friendly person in the bar.

Appreciate the bar started to fill up due to a concert being on at the local stadium so the waiting time at the bar and for food also increased however we waited for two hours for food with no apology, cutlery or even condiments. We waited further for a friend’s food which was also a two hour wait for a chicken wrap, again I appreciate it was busy but there was no common courtesy to apologise or even acknowledge the waiting time.



A friend attended the bar again at an average busy bar to be waiting 25 minutes. A lady at the bar commented to the barman (Riley) that he wasn’t serving fairly as he was evidently serving a particular section of the bar – he responded with ‘Carry on speaking to me like that and I won’t be serving you at all’ which is a disgusting and unprofessional response which shocked a number of customers at the bar at the time.



At this point we decided to take this above the Bar staff and approach a senior member of staff with a hope to have this terrible service resolved – unfortunately this was not the case!

We approached what appeared to be a Manager and expressed the dissatisfaction of the said bar staff to be greeted with a complete lack of interest or support. The female manager showed no empathy or remorse and only responded with ‘Do you know what p***es me off? Nobody bothers with this place unless there’s something going on over there’ (meaning the Macron Stadium) It is appalling to witness an employee of such a respected company to behave in such a manner. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in such a manner.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever experienced as we chose Missoula to host the afternoon to celebrate a friend’s 30th birthday

Currently sat in the bar. Orderd food 1 hour ago. Had to ask the only bar man to stop serving people to go get our ood. And its cold becuase its been sat for so long. Not the staffs fault. But it seems as soon as 1 staff came in the manager left a busy bar when food and customers needs to be served. Dissapointed as a regular customer. Now were waiting for him to stop serving to tell him our food is cold. Not his fault, management for not having atleast 2 members of staff on tea time. Taken atleast 10 minutes for the manager to come and speak to us.
