After a long summer break, we are finally back with our bhangra classes! #HappyDays 😁
Come and join us on Sunday 16th September. Our kids class will kick start at 3.30pm and our womens only class will start shortly after at 4.30pm.

Rupa lives and breathes Punjabi culture. Our boys love her classes and definitely put everything they learn into practice! You're doing a great job.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job you are doing with the Bhangra Club. My kids absolutely love attending the classes. They have really improved on their dance moves, a fact that has been noticed by all our relatives at wedding functions. Not only are they having fun, its a great way for the kids to keep fit and most of all, keep our culture going strong on to the next generation. WELL DONE and keep it up Rups!

Just want to say this is the first and best person I know to have taught so well! Rupa is a dance teacher with all the skills of making the class fun yet productive!!! Forever looking forward to my lessons and made a friend for life with Rups! I love my Bhangra class. I'm not the best for exercising so always want to do something fun where exercise is really the by-product. Bhangra is perfect. It's incredibly joyful and uplifting. Yes, it's a workout, but you go at your own pace and Rupa is great at not putting any expectations on you to "keep up". In fact, she's incredibly supportive and will be with you every step of the way. It's so much fun, people. Don't believe me? Come try it for yourself. Don't think you have to be fit to do this. When I started, I was lucky if I could manage 30 seconds without needing a breather. I'm now able to do a 3-minute routine. Anything is possible. Come join us and see for yourself. Try something different from the drudgery of going to the gym :-D

Fantastic class kids love it and must admit find myself jumping in time to time. Rupa is such a good teacher and kids love her she is so natural with them and treats all the kids as individuals. Keep it up honey
