Visited MK11 for the first time last night for the Brewdog takeover and had an amazing time! We were made to feel very welcome, the venue itself is unique and the outside area is massive. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the event they were hosting and all the beers - especially Sam! I had a great evening and will definitely be back! x

Saw bad manners,

Absolutely fantastic,

The band were obviously wicked but I have to say the staff are great too, well organised, very accommodating to specific needs and no request was to much trouble, the toilets are spotless the beer is good and the bar staff are quick!

Just experienced "WING WEDNESDAY" WOW they are amazing !!! great service, amazing food and lovely atmosphere.

User

I never imagined I'd see one of the best gigs of my life at the age of 57, but last night was one to remember. Great venue with fantastic staff. Hat tipped to Karl Phillips for a really good support set, as well as being an all round top chap when chatting with him, and his guitarist, at the bar afterwards. As to Gentleman's Dub Club, I can't shower them with any higher praise than to state that they are the best white boy reggae band since Jerry Dammers decided to start his own label, can't recall seeing a band looking as if they were playing just for the sheer love of it all, superb set. The club itself is the type of place that live music thrives on, you can keep your 02s and the rest of the mega domes, this is what live music is all about for me, and my mrs agrees with me so that probably means that I'm right, for a change. Thanks for a great night MK11, Karl Phillips and GDC, one to remember, all the best.

User

Had a good night with the BLOCKHEADS. Good music, good crowd, good beer. Terrific atmosphere. They haven't lost any of there Magic Went backstage to thank them for the message they sent me when I was recovering. Emotional meeting. Ian would be proud off them... Long live the BLOCKHEADS....

User

Great venue with reasonable prices and a great variety of bands and food events. I had a great experience last night and was really well looked after by the lovely Sam who got me a seat and a good space so I could enjoy the whole of the gig in comfort when I’m heavily pregnant and wouldn’t of been able to stand for the whole thing :))

User

Great food, people, drink. Absolutely can't find any fault with this place.....unless there's Manc fans there

User

CODA Led Zeppelin tribute band. Cracking night with my partner and brother.first time to MK11 what a venue great staff and such a awesome night .my only issue is its tucked away on the opposite side of MK for me. Toilets are clean and no issues with people or staff.very friendly love it fun was had by all.well worth the entrance fee to see the band ....and what a band great gig. Cheers guys.

User

Brilliant venue! From a band point of view, we were well looked after and the sound and lighting was excellent. We look forward to playing there again!

CODA - a Tribute to Led Zeppelin

Best local venue. Great beer selection. Great food. Lovely staff. Wide array music styles and fantastic sound quality

User

Been to Mk11 a few times now - from seeing live bands, club nights and weekly game of thrones episodes when they were airing! Staff are always friendly and everything is reasonably priced! Always have a good night here!

User

Absolute Bowie - fantastic tribute band. Great atmosphere. No queues for the bar or toilets. All staff welcoming and professional. Despite it being a sell out it didn't feel claustrophobic in this compact venue. The extensive seated area outside was perfect to enjoy some fresh air and chat at the interval, made all the better by the balmy June weather.

A particularly enjoyable evening as it's my first gig in a while due to recuperation following an operation. Hooray for live music and hooray for MK11 - I shall return!

User

I won 4 tickets in a raffle and saw Big Country at MK11 last night - they were excellent, cracking evening. Only marred slightly by the fact that we were planning to eat there, only to find food wasn't being served.

Have tickets to see the Blondie tribute in early November so will remember to eat before we go!

User

Fantastic band, great night shame about the door staff. A friend who likes a drink and a dance was a little drunk, she trod on 1 of the many tiny crab apples that are everywhere in the outside area. This caused her to slip on the step, and to stumble, the door staff immediately escorted her out and barred her. She was not excessively drunk, abusive or aggressive and had not been spoken to or warned just ejected. Saturday was her 1st visit and sadly her last due to the bully boy skills of the door staff

User

MK11 often have decent bands playing and the dank pit atmosphere is perfect for a good night out. I just wish they'd tell their door staff to chill the fuck out. Last night was the second time I've seen door staff try to break up a mosh pit there. Last nights mosh was pretty tame in the first place yet still the doormen were intefering telling people to calm it down, they even booted one guy out!

These kind of bands attract a mosh pit, it's part of the experience and nobody wants the threat of overzealous security kicking you out for getting into the sprit.

User

We went NYE and too packed, no tables to sit at, couldn't get to the bar. Disappointed with our night there, was home by 12.30. In my opinion too many tickets sold.

User

Nice pub for a drink in the day but I am put off going back in the evening following my treatment from the door staff.

I'd walked off with my drinks and left my wallet at the bar by mistake. A couple of minutes later the door staff called me outside where they surrounded me to try and initimidate me whilst aggessively making profound accusations of me being a criminal without any evidence or reason, their logic being because they had my wallet i was up to something.

This encounter left a bad taste after a nice afternoon watching the football.

User

Staff not very helpful.

I was verbally abused over the PA system for 'not' parking my car correctly as there was limited parking slots and in my opinion it really wasn't parked badly at all. I was told later I could have parked in the health club next door even though it was for their customers only and it had a sign saying clamping in operation.

I had an apology, but it left a mark on what should have been a good evening.

You do not expect to be treated in this manner at an music venue.

We went NYE and too packed, no tables to sit at, couldn't get to the bar. Disappointed with our night there, was home by 12.30. In my opinion too many tickets sold.
