Just moved to them and customer service is terrible. Really wish I hadn’t bothered. The confirmation email was very delayed, resulting in me taking out another policy as per their advice for it to only come through with the second policy email!!! And also talking me out of registering my account online because there would be “no point” because I won’t “see anything” !!!! I dread to think of the ballache it will be if I ever need to claim.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option ���Trying to renew my car & pet insurance, I phoned for a quote as your renewal quote was very high, given a new price & advised I would take it out when due (2 weeks after)

Roll on 2 weeks & I have now spent 3 days trying to sort my car insurance been promised calls back & not had them & then today get told that although they have found the quote & will honour it they cannot do it till tomorrow as the person who put the quote in stuffed up & despite it only being 2 weeks, because he entered the wrong date it’s expired !

I normally leave for work at 5 I am lucky that tomorrow happens to be my wedding anniversary so I have the day off & no need to use my car.

Pet insurance has gone up from £270 to £390 ! That’s ridiculous when no claims or anything has been put in and needless to say my pet insurance will go elsewhere, as will my car if this is not sorted at 9am tomorrow!

We have just been quoted £374+ a month for renewal of our dog's pet insurance. Well over double last year's premium. No wonder the company are called More Than. We are told only £1000 is left to claim on a pre-existing illness and total vet fees of only £8000 will be paid out. That's less than half of what we will pay in insurance. On top of that we have an excess of £150 and 20%. We don't need all the add-ons that More Than seem to think are so valuable - just medical insurance. It seems More Than wish to recoup last year's claims - so are they an insurance company or a money lender? We can't switch companies due to the age of our dog and pre-existing illness so do we go it alone?

Beware when choosing a pet insurance with reasonable fees when your dog is a healthy puppy. The fees will increase and it seems that the sky is the limit!

Major problem with me because a know my rights. To mr Ali Pritchard claims team. Renew are not getting access to my property

And you know why. Bullying harassment being called a liar. A can go on e mails from the guy to back up my complaint. More than according to mr Pritchard won't answer my calls. Or e mails till a play ball and also told by e mail you have complained you claim now on hold. I called withdrew my complaint only to be told no no no sir you have it wrong a said read your e mails one minute sir. Put on hold. Sir your right we did say that well is that the case. No sir your right My floor is complete loss and they instructed a company called magic man to do inspection again they e mailed asking for pictures a sent pictures 48 hours later floor can't be fixed total loss. More than go get quotes a did there not happy with quotes now want to instruct another company who no want to come a repair it bye now four weeks have gone bye. I think it's personnel After 10 years loyalty am being acussed of being a liar just because I have had enough. Be mr Pritchard would not take this if shoe was on other foot. Very unhappy disgusted customer.

Stay away from this company. I phoned them to ask if i can transfer my insurance to anyone ther car as im buying a new one, the lady said it will start from next day. I got confirmation enail with won reg number, i phoned again, another lady changed it and confirmed again when its starting. I arrived to collect my new car, my sales man said the confirmation email said it start on the following day (so 2 days after the phone call). The lady behind the phone said she cant do anything about it. Dont promise if you make those kind of mistakes. Horrible customer service, not going with this company for another year, very disappointing
