Had a problem with our isofix maxi cosi pearl car seat that we purchased 18 months ago. Went in today and exchange happened straight away. Amazing friendly professional service. Thank you.

Excellent service yet again particularly from Paul & Sam, no problem is too big!

Went today 11/7/17 and Mothercare as a whole was fine but the woman in the Clarks store was so miserable. Asked to measure my 11 month old did it with no real effort and was not bothered on what I thought should be a nice experience of getting my baby girls feet measured. Was not interested in helping me look for shoes once we got the measurement so just left. We were only customers there too. Will not go back to that Clarks x

One thing the company has to think about is what if. What if I was pregnant and needed new maternity clothes to try and buy on the spot.

What if my baby was premature do I have a supply of clothes here. You think everyone can do it online like this.

You should have it available for all shape and sizes. I am hoping more people agree with me.

Went in Monday just gone ordered and paid for a white crib bale set for my new arrival. Told it will be delivered and ready for collection Thursday afternoon from 2.30pm. Went in this morning (Friday) to be told it's not there and won't be as it's not in stock. The store was useless in helping resolve the matter and the cashier was completely rude! Offered to order me a different one as they messed my order up then told me I had to pay extra £10.00. Didn't agree as I stated it wasn't my fault. She replied it wasn't hers either. Completely disgusting service

Wanted to buy a highchair and playpen, but Mothercare apparently no longer sell playpens and the highchair we wanted was out of stock

They couldn't order us one for some unknown reason

If products are unavailable, then they really shouldn't be on display, filling customers full of false hope

Staff were nonchalant to our complaint, so off to John Lewis we went

Seems Mothercare can afford such complacency, as the staff were truly blasé

No catalogues either

Need to train staff on what car seats are suitable for what ages! Boosters seats are designed for 4-11 years as it states on your website yet your staff have just tried to sell my sister one for my two year old son and two year old niece!!!

Lots of staff standing around the tills doing nothing. When served we didn't even get a hello, thankyou or goodbye. .... terrible customer service. My pregnant wife needed the toilet but they were out of order - one of the staff told us she'd rather hand her notice in and walk away than go and clear the blockage, had to wait longer to use use the staff toilet without any apologies. I didn't see much evidence of staff having pride in their work at this establishment . Improvements I feel are required!

Just wondered why you have a phone number when no one seems to answer it???? Trying to confirm whether my click and collect parcel has been delivered before I waste more time and petrol money coming to the store again to be told it's not there! Advised to call today, which I have tried to do 8 times with no response! Appalling customer service!!

I've been to this store a few times and I can never speak to any member of staff. I have just tried to call to see if you have two items in stock and nobody answers the phone ��

Absolutely useless store. The only knowledgeable person in there is Paul. They never answer the phone and when in the store most of the staff have little to no knowledge on the products that they are selling. A few members of staff are damn right rude and have no manners at all. I was told my car doesn't have isofix when indeed it actually does for starters!

I went into mothercare on bath road and brought my son the Nuby soothing teethers that comes with the teething gel I recommend people don't purchase this. Wen I sterilised the dummy I gave my son it with the gel and he burst out crying I toke it out of his mouth and his lips and tongue were bright red and sore so I got myself my friend and his dad to taste some and it burnt out tounges I am not impressed at all

Awful customer service, not enough staff on duty, manager Paul unwilling to help you and would rather pack his shelves with stock.

Arrived at 10 and at 10.03 staff were only just arriving and no where near ready to open! Came back later and waited for 20 mins for a member of staff to help me as I wanted to buy a new pushchair- no one around to help and every other member of staff just ignored me! Safe to say I will be taking my custom else where!
