We went to Mousetrap yesterday prom dress shopping for my daughter. We could not have been made more welcome. The staff were all friendly. There were lots of dresses to choose from and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. There were lots of changing rooms so you were not waiting even though it was busy. We were not on a time limit we were told to take as long as we liked. We were encouraged to take photos of all the dresses that my daughter tried on, which in most shops is not aloud until you purchase. When we narrowed it down to 3 dresses she was encouraged to keep changing until she was 100% sure of her choice. Would recommend this shop to everyone. Will definitely be going back next year for my youngest daughters dress.

Visited the store today to try on my first Wedding Dress. After being really apprehensive about the experience I had the loveliest day. Excellent service and Maisey was fantastic. I can’t wait to come back and order the dress ��

The service from start to finish for choosing our daughters wedding dress was fantastic & she looked a million dollars in the day we can’t thank them enough nothing was to much trouble xx

We tried many shops but this was the only shop that made us feel welcome and like we were not a burden, we had one on one service with all the staff helping us with decisions and it wasn't a problem to try on as many dresses as we liked - my daughter felt amazing at her prom in her princess dress big smiles all day thank you so much we will be coming here for all our occasions dresses x

Such a lovely place my daughter got treated like a princess nothing was to much trouble they took their time and made sure she choose the right dress, highly recommend have two more proms so definitely be using mousetrap again when its time, can't thank the stuff enough

So after what seemed to be mission impossible I am very pleased to say that after visiting the mousetrap boutique today I have finally found the ball gown I have been looking for! Very glamorous boutique the staff can not do enough to help you and a special thanks to Lauren who assisted me along the way. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family and will most definitely be back in the future!

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful just one lady i had to deal with a couple of times and i felt like she didnt want to be there very pushy and wouldnt listen to what you were saying. Karen who had to change my dress alot did a fantastic job and the dress was perfect. Still giving 5 stars because everything else by that one lady was perfect so thank you mousetrap. Communication with mousetrap was fantastic any worrys i had they got back to me straight away and always kept me upto date. X

Just collected my wedding dress, couldn’t praise them enough, staff were all amazing, so helpful, friendly and made you feel so important. Karen who did the alterations was fantastic , I feel like a million dollars in my dress and can’t wait for our special day!!

The service we had, from the moment we walked through the door for the first time, to the day we left with this absolutely stunning dress was something you could never of imagined, nothing was ever too much trouble & I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart! Just when my daughter was getting frustrated and fed up at not finding anything, a lovely lady (Sorry I didn't get her name) stepped in to assist us. She made us all feel so welcome and nothing was too much bother. She found us some lovely dresses to try on that flattered my daughter beautifully! She explained how they could make adjustments to get it to fit perfectly and made my daughter feel really good about herself.

The shop is absolutely gorgeous with an array of beautiful things on offer. Needless to say we said yes to the dress! Thank you so much for all of your help.

I just want to say a huge thanks to Lisa and her girls for finding Lucy her dream prom dress. 9 years ago we bought our daughter Jessicas prom dress from Lisa and this time for Lucy we where back again to find her dress. Lisa showed so much love and kindness to Lucy and made Lucy feel really special., nothing was too much trouble. Hopefully will be back next year for Jessica to try on wedding dresses. The dress I have picked for my wedding next year is just beautiful. Thank you girls and I can not wait to see you when my dress arrives ♡
