I can remember running round the house with the lights off screaming 'they cut the power, how can they do that, they're animals' Ok, I still do it now when there's a power cut.

So, Brexit supporters.. IF, after reading this, you STILL think there is still some benefit somewhere from Brexit, you are nothing short of deluded. My question is, and always has been, are the Brexit voters really prepared to pay the cost of all this? Maybe a second referendum, with a contract to agree to pay their share of the costs on the Ballot Paper? would you STILL vote Leave, if you had to actually bet your own money?

When I said this 3 years ago, people said it was untrue, now even the Brexit arseholes saying it :-(

Oh, the Joy or Rotten Fuel Tanks..

3 years after it came in, Dave's ex-ram raided Defender finally lives again! Been a lot of work to put it right correctly, with very little spare time.. but it's done, and that's what matters!

The one above was a vital brake pin. When tiny things like this are not lubricated correctly, then they seize, and wear out very quickly. (ok, 15 years in this case ;-) )... That's why it's vital, when checking all brake linkages, to check every clevis for freedom of movement. The one below is one we made from scratch :-)

I've been waiting years for the day I would need my diddy 15w soldering iron again. It's all be 60w since we started MPV! Small wire had disintegrated totally.. Now this is a job you can only get away with on a diesel tank sender!

Project 504 getting there. Engine bay properly painted now. Brakes and front suspension rebuilt. Had to resort to some panel beating though!

Next time I say 'oh, it's probably OK, they don't normally give much trouble' please, someone slap me. Now the hunt is on for some VERY rare bits... Again
