Our lovely big boy came back from his trip to the French Alps this morning. You don’t need to wait for the summer to do a trip in a modern motorhome or camper. With its beautiful black bodywork, black tinted privacy glass, body kit and alloy wheels it’s a real head turner. Say hi to Travis - this is our third camper. Some of you may know him as he joined us late last summer. This is the only camper we kept from the original fleet and that’s because he’s a beaut. He’s a stunning VW T4, arguably the best model of all the VWs. Travis is a 2/4 berth with two sleeping on the rock and roll bed and the other two in the inflatable awning that clips on the side. The camper is a real head turner, lowered it sits on alloys and has stunning paintwork! In...side you have all you need for your trip including fridge, sink and hob. The strong 2.4 Diesel engine ensures that he is as happy on the motorway as he is on A and B roads. He’s an ideal choice for festivals, sporting events, long weekends or longer touring holidays. This is the second of our new vans and is a cracking vehicle. Over the years we’ve spoken to so many people who want to hire a camper but don’t feel confident in driving a van sized vehicle. Welcome to our top of the range Peugeot Autohomes Mezan. It’s no bigger than a family estate car and drives just like one, but step inside, pop up the roof and you’ll be amazed at the space, especially the height that allows a six footer to stand upright! This is a two berth camper and ...is fully equipped. The bench seats fold to make a huge double bed measuring 7 feet x 4 feet. At the rear of the vehicle you’ll find a sink with hot and cold running water, fridge and hob and remarkably they’ve even managed to fit a small toilet in case you get caught short in the middle of the night. As with its bigger brother this camper also has heating in the living area a LCD TV and WiFi! Jump in the cab and he’s fully equipped including air-con and full electrics, power steering and the turbo charged engine pulls like a train. Happy New Year everyone, we hope 2019 is good to you. It’s out with the old and in with the new and that goes for us and our vehicles too. The old boys and girls have gone to their new homes to be replaced by some stunning new vehicles. First up is this beautiful Peugeot Compass Rambler. With only 20k miles on the clock it looks and drives like brand new. This is a 4 berth Motorhome with 4 belted seats - above the cab is a large double measuring a generous 7 x 4 feet, easil...y big enough for two adults. At the rear there’s a massive 7’ x 4’6” double. In the kitchen area we have a 3 burner hob, oven, full sized fridge with freezer compartment and sink with hot and cold water. In the living accommodation you’ll find plenty of comfortable space for the whole family, handy little pull down tables and a lovely heater that keep the whole van warm on those chilly evenings. In to the bathroom there’s a toilet, shower, sink and mirrored cabinet. Move in to the cab and you’ll find beautiful Captain seats that swivel to face the living area when not driving. There’s a lovely 5 speed gearbox, air con, electric windows, radio/CD player and much more. As we know we can have some wet days in the UK so to keep the whole family entertained you’ll also find on board a LCD TV with Freeview, Games Console and Wi-Fi! Are you a I will mark my books, do lessons plans then kick back relax type OR I need a break, I need a wine/cider I need to unwind a bit before I even glance at the pile of books current straining the dinner table legs? With us it doesn't matter if you are one or the other or a mix why not grab one of our campers and go, pick somewhere you've want...ed to visit and head off. Go to Cornwall, Devon, learn to surf, paddle in the sea, try the scrumpy or do the Peak District, enjoy the hills, blow the cobwebs out and get away from enclosed rooms. Book an extended hire and just wander the UK and enjoy being away from it all.

Well where do I start! From the moment I booked with Mr Campervan himself it was the moment that I knew it will be a thoroughly enjoyable experience.



I cant recommend this place enough.



We hired Ciara and she is just wonderful, I hadn't driven a car without power steering since my beetle 20 years ago and was a little nervous but it fell back in place quick enough. She was spotless.



We went through the whole running of the car before we left then spent 6 days with her. My boy had a fabulous time and I will no longer camp in a tent!



I would encourage anyone and everyone to try a holiday in one of these and when they do they must go through one of the nicest people I've ever met, Mr Campervan.

We had a wonderful week in Mya with our 6 year old daughter. Loads of character and fun to drive. Also amazingly fast to change Mya's interior from car to kitchen to dining room to living room to bedroom.

VW was as expected with no issues driving for 8 hours! Service was top notch, John does all he can to help.

Spent the weekend in Arthur and absolutely loved it! Plenty of space with a real comfort feeling no faults what so ever

So we've just come back from a wonderful family day out in 'Kirstie' had an absolutely fantastic day and can't thank and recommend these guys highly enough ... John was so helpful and accommodating right from my very first email enquiry to the minute we took her back this evening, he really couldn't of done more to help ... Kirstie herself was spotlessly clean and had everything you could of asked for even down to the 'Northern Soul' CD ... real attention to detail ... Thankyou so much

Not long back from an excellent weekend with Mya, and couldn't recommend Mr Campervan enough. John was so helpful and accommodating. Even though we booked last minute, he had everything ready to go when we arrived to pick up our campervan. Mya was in fantastic condition, a dream to drive and perfect to stay in. Never staying in a tent again. Mr Campervan, we'll be back!

My husband Ian booked Ciara the purple VW camper van as a surprise for my birthday last weekend and we had an absolutely fantastic time driving her around the Kent countryside - Ciara was so much fun to stay in and the whole weekend was so romantic! Just had the best weekend travelling around the Kent coast and villages in Ciara the purple wonder wth my hubby! We had smiles on our faces from start to finish! Just got back from a weekend in Frankie. A lovely little camper, great for a solo traveler or an adult with child. Lovely high-spec interior, pull out bed is very comfortable - slept like a log. Had a spacious awning with our hire, too. Extra room for relaxing in, or could even put an air bed in there for an extra traveler? The drive was lovely, no different from driving a car, quick and super quiet considering it's a 1.9 diesel. Excellent service from John as always, this is the 4th time we've been back, and the 3rd different vehicle we've hired � no doubt see you again soon!

Just back from our first ever family camping trip in the beautiful Ciara, the service and friendliness of this company has made our first trip one we will remember for all the right reasons. My 7yr old was sad to hand Ciara back but I've promised him we will be back again. Can't recommend highly enough! � X

I surprised my wife for a belated birthday pressie on our 1st wedding anniversary with three nights out in Arthur. We had a great time. John was brilliant at keeping it a secret and the van was ace. Kent is a must visit county especially in a Mr Campervan retro VW
