The guys and decorations, food and coffee, everything! Such a cosy place for taking a break from work, chilling out with friends, or even reading alone.

Outstanding pancakes! Savoury or sweet - top drawer.

One of the best coffee in Brighton, very friendly place in the centre.

Lovely place... high quality food and drink.... friendly and professional staff.

Lovely little place, really friendly staff fabulous food, chilled atmosphere. The menu caters for all. We go there every time we visit Brighton. Oh and by the way love the coffee there

Lovely bloke - French I think, reminded me a bit of Timothy Claypole from RentaGhost (if your not 70/80s,child.. Google it!).. Bit bonkers and excitable but friendly and efficient server of good quality coffee and bacon sandwiches.. Not expensive.. Worth a visit to and from town or train station...

I am not really a social media person or one who leaves reviews all the time but Muse Cafe 2.0 deserves one and not because I know the guys who manage it but because their creativity and tenacity deserve being recognised……having said that, it is because I know them that I am aware that these two talented young men have started from nothing and with nobody’s guidance or help….as we Italians say…”tutta farina del loro sacco” (just fruit of their labour)…..

Muse Cafe 2.0 is bringing to Brighton the classic Italian “Tosteria” challenging the pizza & pasta status quo to meet the needs of a new cosmopolitan generation on the move. Thinking about it…..the “TOAST” was actually imported by the Anglo-Saxons to Italy during the forties and fifties a bit like the Rock & Roll and since then it has been blending into the Italian flavors becoming an Italian snack/lunch/aperitif tradition and most recently a very trendy and healthy alternative to fast food.

I have been to the Muse Café Tosteria several times at different times of the day and each time it has been a very nice experience……Getting off the train, it is the right place to start your busy day in Brighton with a nice coffee and a healthy but filling snack or the right place to pause after a busy day in Brighton before heading back home or just your usual for breakfast or lunch or for a continental style late afternoon/early evening aperitif.

The artisan sliced bread used by Muse Cafe is mouth-watering, the made in Italy cheeses and cured meat used are of top quality and meticulously selected, the vegetables and different type of spreads are genuine and fresh….the drink selection is great and the coffee authentic cannot add more apart from…go and try it yourself!...by the way they also do homemade gelato (reason why my kids also love going there… i.e. my 6 years old son and 40 years old husband 😊)

All in all, Muse Café stands out for many reasons, blending in very well in the hipster Brighton vibes with an excellent music selection while managing to softly disclose sophisticated hints of a cutting-edge, continental, Mediterranean and more into details Parthenopean background making it the perfect place to share moments of happy gourmet dining any time of the day for the young, old, kids or the ageless or for a healthy snack on the go!

Well done Fabio and Renato for being two wonderful hosts….keep up with the great ideas and work!

Great aperitivo happy hour and lovely staff. Slowly becoming a regular even though I don't live centrally.
