My Music

My Music has been teaching people from the Whitstable area for more than twenty five years. We have something to offer people of all ages and abilities.

My Music is run by husband and wife team Maurice and Anita Memmott. Having worked together in a variety of bands and performance groups they opened My Music (formerly Micro Music) to teach people from the Whitstable area, over twenty five years ago. They have three children who love all the performing arts with Seb, being a successful music producer in the Psytrance dance scene.

They enjoy teaching music across all ages in the the Whitstable community and surrounding area.

Although they teach a Classical technique they enjoy exploring repertoire from many musical genres.

Individual lessons are offered to coincide with the school term times but a range of workshop activities are available during school holidays .
