We are 15 in total mix of adults, children & babies, it was excellent service. Friendly staff & food service is so quick.. only negative feedback is, chicken is over cooked (a bit burnt) but the whole experience is excellent..

The staff on arrival were super friendly and helpful especially have a baby with us. There was a trainee girl . there must have been her first day however she was especially friendly and helpful and even though she didn't know if she could heat my babies food she found someone who did knew...that was better then even knowing the answer. I would recommend to maybe have them wearing an 'in training/just hatched' badge ���

Our Young Adult Carers group had another great evening at Nando's, Chichester this week. It was nice to have Karl looking after us and showing his team how to do things. Millie was her usual smiley, helpful self and the whole team made us feel welcome. Thanks again guys!!!

My sister and I ate there last night before going to Cineworld. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We weren't hurried at all. We found it very relaxing and stayed for two hours. Well done to all ..

Had an absolutely lovely meal last night for the start of my hen do, thank you so much for the wedding gift that really topped off the night before it had even really started. Fantastic management! Looking forward to coming back after the wedding � Thank you again �

Great food and great staff

Good food, lovely staff and all round great atmosphere

Food was hot and so was the female staff.

Food is always great especially the super grain and staff are always friendly and smiley.

Food was on point as always .. but the girl with the lazy eye and 4 eyebrow piercings said something rather strange as I went for my coca cola refill, she looked at me and said no you dun I ? I was like no! She then replys I no what you did last summer! Then walks off! Hmm � Apart from that was all good �

Restaurant wasn't very busy but took 29 minutes for the starter of chicken wings to arrive and two minutes later the main course arrived. Pretty basic stuff to time the main to be brought to the table when the starter is finished and still don't know why the starter took so long.

Having said that the food was still good and had a fun evening.

It's a good place to eat the food is really nice but when our food came out 3 of of the 4 orders were wrong they weren't even close to what we ordered and when they got it right the food was cold. Giving it 3 because the place has been nice in the past and I've enjoyed eating there but the price is still a bit steep for what we got I think.

Food was ok...but very disappointed about chicken liver ...food was finished, when liver came and when we were having puddings.so we had to bring it with us..not very happy as I normally go all the way from bognor to have my favourite chicken liver.anyway never mind ...next time

Chicken was rather dry. Refill machine wasn't in service so had to go up to the bar to get a refill from bottles that weren't even refrigerated!

It was a bit F U Service. Food came out fast enough and was ok. We asked if there was anything special we could order for a birthday. We were answered point blank no we don't do Birthdays at Nando's. No Happy Birthday for my son. No how old are you today. So FU 2 Nando's

As I'm a frequent user of a lot of nando's this was a bit of a let down the guy who greeted us just never said a word took us to a table put our stick in the wooden block and walked off he never even asked if we had used nando's before luckily for us we new what to do maybe he was having a bad day lets hope he soon cheers up as I'm sure other customers would feel let down too so happy days

The worst customer service I have ever received.... booked a table to be told they don't do bookings in the half term. Then eventually got my table 40 minutes later!!!! Then ordered to be told 20minute wait on food. Then half my table received their food and the rest sitting there watching for another 20 odd minutes. Asked what was going on I was very irate at this point to be told " you were told of a wait" who feeds half a table at a time! Absolutely atrocious customer service! Appalled!! Will never return to Chichester!!
