The food was of excellent quality and the atmosphere was very good. We were served by Devon who is incredibly friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our meal and will definitely return again.

I have been to this Nandos a few times now and it's been good each time. Staff friendly food came out pretty quickly and food was good. Better than previous Nandos I've been to before.

Had a great experience at Nando's mk , got seated within minutes of arriving , served at the counter straight away and only waited 5/10 minutes before food arrived and it tasted perfect . Great service throughout

Fantastic service on such a busy day great friendly staff asked for mayonnaise turned round and there it was. The man running the tables is great no sign of being tired talking to all customers smile on his face absolutely brilliant food was brilliant too . WELL DONE.

Absolutely love this place , friendly staff ,great service and the manager Cory is so lovely! Food was on point! Every time I go I have the best experience !!!

This is a pretty busy branch, so you might have a bit of a wait for a table - especially at peak times.



I recommend the multigrain salad (with chicken, of course).



I do wish they'd serve Savanna properly, though: in the bottle, with a slice of lemon in the neck.

I hadn't been for a couple of years. Food still amazing. Really enjoyed it. Downside was the loud music on repeat for. The outside space where Santa had been. Long after he left it was blaring. Virtually had to shout to eat other. Food awesome, ambience spoiled by MK

The starter come out with the main and and felt rushed more like fast food !!! it was a sham really it tasted lovely tho on the good side 😊

Tables aren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been. Went twice in the past two weeks with my son and both times the frozen yogurt machine was broken but none of the staff were aware of this. Time to fix it!! Food ok.

I went on Thursday about 8pm. We was taken to our seat. I ordered the food, paid to be then told they had ran out of chicken! and we had to wait for about 45 - 50 mins for our meal. However the food was nice when it came.

Food was good, only sugar free drinks available and they forgot my Son's food, �. We did manage to get a table outside that was really nice and staff were friendly.

Couldnt fault the service or the food but place is in despetate need of a good clean ! The floors and the toilets were filthy also ate inside outside staff kept leaving doors open food got cold very quickly it was freezing inside chose to eat inside because it was a very cold day !!!

You can never fault the food in a nandos but my god that's the only thing good about it. I ate here last night and the whole place especially the toilets and floors were filthy. The bottomless drink machine was a flop with no diet/zero and every other drink being flat. I understand it was a busy Saturday but guys get a cleaner.

What you would expect from Nando’s with the exception of the toilets which are a total and utter disgrace, they stink, they are dirty & clearly management don’t care. Won’t be back and would recommend not coming. If you can’t keep your toilets clean it makes you wonder about the kitchen.

This place was my Favourite Nando’s however today the service was slow and My Order was wrong mine and my wife’s meal was brought out but my three year old son had to wait for his wile we eat tables were dirty and the kids working there were milling around doing nothing

The food was good but the service was abysmal. My dinner came out along with my wife's but unfortunately my daughter's didn't arrive. We were asked to provide our receipt as proof that we had actually purchased a meal for our daughter. Prior to this and upon chasing my daughter's meal, we were told by the waitress that it was in fact the next meal she was going to get (great timing) and so I can't understand why our receipt was required.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated, only for people behind us to get seated first as they were 4 and we were 6 people, after we suggested to maybe put a 4 and 2 table together we finally sat down. We ordered our food only to be told after we had paid that food would be at least 35 minute wait, unbelievable ....... The whole place needs a good clean...... Don't bother going.

Over all, it was an extremely poor experience: from the hygiene to the customer service performed by the waiters, specifically the manager. Upon sitting, the glasses and cutlery were not clearly cleaned properly. They looked as though they had only been rinsed under water. The floor was littered with food and drink spillage which had been unattended. The order of food arrived late and incomplete. During eating, my daughter’s plate slipped and my husband went to tell a member of staff that the plate had smashed on the floor. The member of staff happened to be the manager, and he dismissed my husband and didn’t even acknowledge him. My husband called him, saying “excuse me” in order to get his attention and the manager very rudely retaliated, stating that he was going to get a caution sign. My husband said, okay well you could have replied when I told you and he refused to admit to his ignorance. Furthermore, he had no interest and didn’t bother to ask if anyone were hurt and how the incident had occurred, only once my husband brought to the manager’s attention that he could have asked if anyone had hurt them self did he ask. My husband expressed his displeasure either the service to the manager and he simply dismissed what my husband was saying, not trying to solve the problem, only trying to push it to the side and ignore it. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of supposedly the most well trained member of staff, the manager, and I will not be eating at this branch of nando’s again for certain.
