I’d just like to say that David, the host at Walton, is absolutely brilliant! We have been visiting this nandos for a few years and he has been there every time. He is always so passionate, and take a huge amount of pride in his work. He is always extremely pleasant and kind and will go above and beyond out of his way to help customers! He is always doing something whether it’s cleaning, checking on customers, he is never standing around doing nothing and always busies himself. Please please please give this employee a huge pat on the back as recognition because he is an asset to the restaurant. If only all staff could be as amazing as David! I really hope that his work ethic and kindness is recognised and appreciated within the company. ��

I went to Nandos on 1st October for my birthday treat and the staff there, were very friendly and efficient !! Despite being very busy, they gave me optimum customer care and attention during my lunch time visit. Best regards, Vicky

Every Nandos needs a David! He is so courteous and happy! Continued to check we was all ok and even gave us goodbye! The food arrived quick too.

Good food , polite service especially from David who alway takes the time to greet you and check everything is ok and then wishes you a good evening on the way out.

First time at Nando's last night. Went in there and was told there would be a 15 minute wait for a table but it was less than that. After ordering the food it didn't seem that long before it arrived. We all enjoyed our food. The staff were friendly. I would definitely go back there.

Fantastic customer service. My friend is a vegan and the manager bought the menu to the table and discuss vegan options with and even made suggestions about what would complement certain dishes. South African waiter very kind and attentive .

Was a nice experience and food was nice. Was a bit disheartening when I googled the welfare of the chickens. The red tractor symbol is a bit misleading and basically the chickens are still in very cramped conditions

Forgot to use my phone app when I paid and then took receipt to till. Server took my card number and said the manager would sort it!!?? Just seen on app that I could've used receipt to add the code to my app! Server obviously didn't know this! As expected, nothing has been added to my card!!!! Thoughts please!!

Very poor service. Waited for 55min for food after ordering. No explanation when complaint. Got 6 year old hungry and waiting for an hour. Very sad n poor service.

It was ok not the best nandos ive had but the food & service was average.

Complete lack of customer service on a quiet night and the food took 45 minutes. Not the first time I've been unimpressed in this particular Nandos.
