The best atta that anyone can eat is wholemeal atta. Wholemeal atta is darker because it has all the wheatgerm oil in it, wholemeal has fibre and fibre is what aids digestion and is the goodness of wheat. Wholemeal atta has to be milled freshly and eaten within weeks to keep the nourishment and goodness, always look for wholemeal and not whole-grain or whole-wheat on the bag. wholemeal is wholemeal.
