Another Big Volvo Diesel Tank Ready to go. Lots of work on this but it’s all tested fine needs some paint before bolting back on to Lorry 🚛

We carry out welding repairs for a few customers this being an everyday ambulance 🚑 which the ramp had broken. I had another customer to phone to ask if I was ok 🤣 as there was an ambulance outside of my workshop with the doors open 👍🏻

Chassis Altered on a Scania today cut to suit profile of original tractor unit chassis now it’s ready to accept a Road Sweeper Subframe Chassis & Larry the painter 🎨 👩‍🎨 was very happy to get a nice grey cover over as I bolted in Crossmember good day.. #munihire

Had a Stainless Steel Handrail in for Repair Today.. very thin weld from original just fell off.. I’ll update a photo of completed Repair of Handrail tomorrow as it’s been collected & gone back to site 7pm to be fitted so as Spa can open tomorrow.

Just a little update on Delivery 📦 we have changed to DHL... We needed a lot more reliable service & too many items were getting delayed & a few items delivered to the wrong addresses & amazingly signed for by it appears the delivery peoples team member... I’ve even dropped to the depot & team members weren’t willing to scan the items in to the depot saying leave it there we will chuck it on the belt later... After nearly losing my temper with the old courier company we too...k the decision not to spend anything from £100 to £250 a week on delivery’s with them... Hopefully this will forge a better relationship & they are a lot more professional on their approach & ability to use their own vehicles across the World and NOT 3rd party’s delivering items lose the tracking ability & then we can’t tell where items are or when they will be delivered...
