Bringing you a 90min workshop on giving you the skills and drills to improve your handstand hold. This session will be run by @barryflemingpt and @_coachcal and will be catered for all members that want to be able to get their first handstand or even just get an idea of progressions to help push to their first handstand.

The 2019 open is upon us! The Open is the biggest community event in CrossFit. Its about progression -- not about winning or loosing. If its your first Open or your fifth Open this is your chance to push outside your comfort zone and see where your limit is and how you have improved from previous years. The Open is five weeks. Workouts are released on Friday mornings. You will have A one hour slot on Friday mid day and then all evening Friday to complete the workouts as wel...l as Open Gym on Saturday/Sunday and Monday mid day too.
There are RX and Scaled divisions as well as different age groups. If you decide to sign up you will have a judge for each workout and you will be required to submit your score to be validated. At the end of the 5 weeks you will be able to see where you stack up or simply see how you did compared to previous years. If you decide to sign up visit
