We have now created the full frame of the the L-shaped #dormer at rear and can see how it will look in conjunction with neighbouring properties. Here is the second #loftconversion project in Oakhill #Horsham. The scaffold has just been put in place and work will start this week. We have done a couple of the neighbouring properties in the past. This Northern Heights project will include 2 velux windows at the front and an L-shaped dormer at the rear. Started 2 #loftconversion projects in the same street this week in Oakhill #Horsham. Here is the first, a double hip to gable with full rear dormer. This will give a large bedroom and en-suite. The latest update on the new loft conversion project at The Old Schoolhouse, #BroadbridgeHeath. The full dormer shell is now in and we have lowered the floor to gain extra headroom for the loft conversion. These images show the projects progression over the last couple of weeks.

The straight rear dormer is now tiled on the outside and all but completed and the 3 #Velux windows at the front are almost in position. The stairs will be in soon and then the inside can progress quickly. This Loft conversion will give the property an extra bedroom and bathroom.
