Northney Farm Tea Rooms Description

We are located in Northney village with views over the farm and out to Chichester Harbour. We use our own Ayrshire milk in the Tea Room, as well as the ice cream and loose hanger cheese being made from our very own Ayrshire milk.

We’ve had lots of enquiries as to whether dogs are allowed in the tea room- the answer is yes 😊
Dogs are welcome in our barn if there isn’t a private function on and we have an area inside the tea room itself too- seating is limited in this section so we advise calling ahead to reserve your table when possible.
So if you’re out and about with your furry friend, pop in and see us 🐾

User

Our refurb is complete and we love the new feel to the tea room! Come and see for yourself soon- join us for a warm latte in this cold weather or something yummy off our new menu.

**RAW MILK ** As of Saturday 1st December, we will unfortunately be stopping selling our raw milk, as the cost is too much for the testing to be done. However have you tried our blue top whole milk which taste similar and is not homogenised

We stopped to walk the dog then had a lovely lunch . My partner had the beef burger which he said it was the best he has tasted. I had the buck rarebit on the homemade bread which was great. The pot of tea was lovely & we finished of with the well known ice cream.

User

We held a baby shower in the barn at the back of the tea rooms today. The barn is the perfect venue, shut off from the public so we could enjoy the celebrations in private. We were able to decorate prior to the guests arriving and play games after we had finished eating. The high tea was delicious and the staff were helpful and courteous. Worth every penny and would definitely recommend! Thank you to all the staff at Northney Tea Rooms

User

Lovely little place, nice setting, really nice food, reasonable prices. Had a great ploughman's and nice touch being able to have a cup of soup on the side. Good ice cream too.

User

Lovely food, enjoyed the tea and location.

User

Love this place. Lovely settings and helpful staff.

User

Love this place with the plus that they make the best bacon sandwich...worth going just for them!

User

Love it there. I went first for afternoon tea as a Mother’s day present. Been back a few times with my grandson 14months old and he loved all the chicks, ducks and chickens. Then yesterday took my 90 yr old uncle and he absolutely loved his full English and the the animals just wandering around. They also have gluten free foods, love the farm purchases too. Fresh eggs, milk etc.

User

Heard good things about this place and wasn't disappointed. Good food (breakfast) and good service all at a reasonable price. A hidden gem and one I'll be re-visiting soon. We even got a guided tour form the lovely guy who owns it

User

First visit to the tea rooms for afternoon tea to celebrate a family birthday and we couldn't ask for anything more lovely homemade cakes, scones, sandwiches and quiches - so fresh and tasty. Fantastic service to top off the great food too... thank you for a lovely experience, we will definitely be back soon!

User

First visit here. Lovely food. Fantastic ice-cream. Friendly members of staff. One particular man even took us into the farm to show our daughter some of the cows and a newborn! He spoke to her and taught her lots of interesting things in a few minutes he had spare! It really made her day. Thank you!

User

First visit ever. Looked up for reviews so thought would give it a try. One word AMAZING the staff and food was spot on. The cleanliness made it even more perfect. Well done. Two new happy customers already looking forward to our next visit

User

Always a good pit stop, either for morning coffee or lunch. Lovely fresh food and peaceful surroundings.

User

A lovely little place, we went for a child's Birthday Party. We ordered food as well as the cream teas that were offered for the party and the portion sizes were spot on and the food was very tasty. The price was very reasonable and didn't take long to come even though it was relatively busy. It was lovely to see the free range hens and catch a glimpse of the working farm in the background. It was clean and inviting and I would go back again!

User

A hidden away gem, away from the maddening crowd. With a family history to read all about in the menu.

Local produced food, their own milk, ice cream, their own pedigree beef burgers.

We sat in peaceful surroundings with a view of lush green fields where there beautiful brown & black cows & calf's were munching their way through the field.

A menu with everything you need with quality by default. Visit again..Yes probably in the next few days

Check out what was the barn...See for yourself what they have done with it!!

User

20/02/16 The food was lovely and the ladies were awesome. A lovely relaxing venue, will definitely go again xx

12/03/16 Back again this time for the yummiest cooked breakfast cooked to perfection!

Anna remembered us and was very obliging with our fussy tastes and customised the breakfast for us!! Worth the drive from Poole xx

User

Hired out the barn today for my sons Christening party. The staff were brilliant and they made sure everything was ok. The food was lovely and the venue was kept very warm. All my guests loved it and left feeling warm, full and happy! So glad they allowed me to use some soft play which I hired in so the kids were entertained too. The only hiccup was that I am dairy free and despite being previously told that they were looking into a dairy free cake so I could also have the afternoon tea I paid for, they unfortunately did not deliver which meant I paid £10 for a small sandwich. This was only a minor detail in a very lovely day - thank you to all the staff.

User

Beautiful setting. Very nice food at good prices. Free car park. Friendly staff. A dedicated children's menu would be great but the couple of times I've taken my children in they've been accommodating. Would certainly recommend.

User

Love Northney Farm Tea Rooms but disappointed in the service today. Felt very uncomfortable as it was a treat for a birthday and we felt we were treated as a bit of a nuisance despite booking in advance. Food was good but service uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
