We're putting the finishing touches to our Outdoor Fitness Zone and our great new IGNITE classes are ready to start next week. We have twop pre-launch classes this Thursday evening which are now both fully booked.

A good day getting the IGNITE Training Zone cleaned and improved today. New carpet for power sled in, sandbags filled, floodlights set up and whole area cleared, tidied, washed and ready for the pre-launch classes this Thursday evening.
More updates to come over next two days as we receive the rest of the kit!
Reminder, as well as the 6pm-6.45pm class we have opened up another class for this Thursday's launch night from 7.30pm-8pm due to demand. If you'd rather come to this o...ne instead of the 6pm class please let us know.

We have scheduled four brand new classes in at times that should work nicely for you each week on the super-hectic school-runs.
We're running our new super-exciting IGNITE classes on:

You can make use of our private car park (free). We manage it in the afternoons too so no queuing or panicking about getting out on time to collect children!

We're launching our own Strength & Conditioning class - IGNITE.
You'll strip fat, build lean muscle and improve speed, agility and general fitness. We'll push and challenge you to complete full-body exercises in our new Outdoor Training Zone.
You'll use tyres, battle ropes, TRX, Power Sleds and more for a fun, challenging and extremely effective class.

Dan is a fantastic instructor ( and there was me thinking he just wandered round looking smart being the business side 😂).

Well done to the awesome group who braved our first new Boxercise class at Oakwood this morning.
Everyone did brilliantly, picked up the routines, battled through the cardio and impressed with the abs and core games at the end.

One of our instructors Mark Barrett has resigned from Oakwood today. Mark has taught a number of regular classes for us as well as providing the Personal Training services over the past seven years. He will be moving on to new things and we all wish him the best of luck with his endeavours.
We have worked today to find replacement classes and instructors and hope to confirm the changes by the end of the weekend.

Great to have an early-morning training session with a team from @crawleytriclub in our new pop-up winter training cycle studio
They took on our 'World Skyline Challenge' workout and delivered brilliantly.

Just back from my 10yr olds birthday party and I have to say Your staff are amazing. The three youngsters that were running the party really had their work cut out for them. They made it look so easy and the boys really enjoyed themselves. Thank you so much to everyone involved. I’ll be back to book my other sons birthday for July! Thank you again.

Great staff interaction. Friendly and efficient. Lots of new equipment that the staff are happy to guide you through in order to get the best out of your workout .

Great local gym with a good variety of fitness classes. Friendly staff and excellent equipment. Best for those who are looking for the 'basics' in a gym. Would recommend.

Been a member for nearly two years now, love it there, staff always very welcoming.

Very good collection of weight training machines. However the building is old. Also I would have preferred an early opening hours.

Just had a roller disco party here and it was great. Very well organised by lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful. All the kids had a wonderful time. Thank you.
