Okka Café and Eatery is providing the Hertfordshire town of Harpenden with its own taste of café society. Situated on the High Street, Okka is a relaxed and vibrant addition to the local restaurant scene, offering all day dining in a chic but unpretentious setting worthy of any street in London or perhaps Istanbul. Such has been the success of Okka’s daytime service that the Café Brasserie extended its hours into the evening, allowing fans to not only kick back with a delicious breakfast or gossip at lunchtime, drop in for elevenses or indulge in an afternoon tea but to enjoy the restaurant’s own brand of simple, hearty, delicious food in a more intimate evening style. Children are welcome at any time, served with their own selection of Okka’s mouth-watering food which is informed by the multicultural staff, including a Turkish owner. From the best of British to favourite agean dishes, Eastern-informed mezze boards and Mediterranean flavour galore, this lovely dining spot offers something for everybody.

I was just walking past when I spotted the okka cafe and it looked busy so I thought I'd treat myself to a bit of lunch
I made s great choice , it was lovely inside , atmosphere great and I wasn't made to feel uncomfy eating alone .
My food was lovely and fresh as well as not having to wait too long for it
I will definatly be back
I had the beef baguette and my daughter had the chicken salad. Both very nice. Pleasant staff and reasonably priced.
Great place, love their food. Great value for money as nice big portions.

Arrived in Harpenden late Friday night for 3nights and had a wonderfu relaxing meal at the Okka Cafe and Eatery. Next morning had a yummy breakfast which set us up for the day ahead.
Amazing breakfast and lunch (have not had dinner yet). I have enjoyed everything I have had. Staff is lovely and kind. I highly recommend it!!
After a hard day in London ended up here. Felt so much better after the Wonderful meal and friendly service, you made me feel so much better.
Hope to come back to try some more of you fab food.
A bit pricier than the usual sort of place I stop at on Sunday bike rides but worked out much better value due to the greater quality, choice and portions. Very rare for me to be that enthusiastic so early in the morning when hung over and knackered. Nice decor and staff too!
They have an unusual menu with lots of different things, a nice surprise although nothing for Gluten free needs, apart from GF beer
Great menu, good coffee. The bread/toast at breakfast could be thicker and better quality. Too thin and at bit mean on quantity.

Had a Okka Full Monty well cooked I expected 2 sausages only 1 I expected 2 eggs only 1 I expected 2 slices of toast only 1 after all its supposed to be the Full Monty the bacon no complaints the mushrooms no complaints the beans no complaints.
Just tried to get a table for 2 at this restaurant. Totally empty have the photos to prove it, but apparently they are fully booked !! Great customer service !! NOT !! �
