Olivers Hill Farm - Care Farm

We are a Care Farm in East Sussex. Delivering a therapeutic, outdoor based learning experience, taylored for all variety of needs, ages and group sizes

Olivers Hill Farm is a family run Care Farm located in beautiful, rural East Sussex. Set up and run by Farmer Brian, with the help of his son Farmer Jake. We have a combined 55 years of experience working with young people with different needs. That is coupled with lots of farming experience too; Farmer Brian’s first job was a Chicken Catcher for a poultry farm.
The farm was set up with the aim of creating a fun, therapeutic and experiential learning environment for those who would most benefit from alternative education. Our students learn horticulture, agriculture, animal husbandry, estate management, small animals and pets and much more. We like to have fun, but we also get things done, and as you can imagine there is a lot to do on a farm with lots of different animals.
We run sessions for many young people with diverse special educational needs. Our barn doors are open to all ages, and group sizes from 1 to 1 upwards.
