Today I had the most amazing Oh la la la experience as I had my first ear piercing done! Elaine is absolutely fantastic, lovely and very welcoming. Even though I was worried about it at start, as I didn't know what to expect. Elaine made me feel so relaxed and special the minute I walked in their place! The piercing did not hurt at all. I strongly recommend all of their services. I wish I could put 1.000.000 stars for their service and their lovely environment! Thank you very much Elaine! Xx

Plucked up the courage thanks to my sister to finally get a spray tan today by Elaine, she’s always been amazing&tanned me years ago, had my tan done, sooooo pleased with it & all the ladies were so lovely & made me feel so welcome. Definitely definitely recommend. Thank you everyone � x x

Just started working in Epsom recently and was a bit reluctant to try somewhere different to my near home salon. Was very pleased I went to Ooh La La. The ladies who run the salon are quite simply lovely, so down to earth and provided top notch service.



Elaine gave me the best eyebrow tidy and wax I've had in ages (better than my usual person) and my eyes are so nicely framed now.



Emma gave me an express manicure and despite my nails look grotty didn't shy away but transformed them into presentable and well shaped.



It's very much a family business and they really take pride in providing a high standard of service and looking after their clients, evident even in the carefully thought out decor which is lovely !

I've had lots of different treatments now at Ooh La La. It's always a lovely treat to go there whether I'm having my nails or hair done or an amazing massage from Ashley! They're all lovely and talented at what they do. Thank you Kirsty for doing my highlights. Looks fantastic. I hope to be in again soon. Janine xx

I had individual eyelashes done by Josephene just before my holiday, I was really scared as I had never had them done before. Josephene put my mind at rest and made me feel at ease and they looked absolutely amazing! Also had a Hollywood and underarm wax with Emma, have had lots of waxing before but this time was different I was nervous , my first time having a waxing after my c section . Emma was very professional and made sure I want i was comfortable , very quick and efficient at waxing! Also love the decor and people at Ooh la la always so friendly and welcoming! X
