We went here for my sons 8th birthday my 3 children enjoyed there selfs even took a couple of friends .they didn’t want to come home there is so much for them to to great for them to let of steam and plenty of exercise with out them relizing they said they would love to go again I’m planing to take them in Easter holidays .the staff was friendly so keep up the good work guys

User

We went here after finding out that Jump Arena had shut and we were really impressed. There's much more for both the older ones to do and the little soft play bit is a great add on for younger ones. The best bit for us was that the young kids session ran alongside the open jump, which made it suitable for our whole family. Thanks!

User

We had a team day out here today, it was fantastic! Jordan, our host, planned some great activities for us, we jumped, dodged, climbed, jumped again and then tackled meltdown! We then had a meeting in one of the rooms upstairs and also had lunch up there. We were very well looked after the whole day and I would highly recommend this if you are looking for something a little different.

User

Visited here on Saturday, booked online so easy and simple entry. My kids loved it here, very spacious, staff friendly and plenty staff about to watch and supervise areas which is very good. An hour is enough jumping time 😂 booking again soon

User

Visited for my son's birthday party. The kids had a great time, the park is well organise, clean and has staff at different stations ensuring children's safety. With a party you are assigned a host and our host was Lisa, she was very friendly and was great at making sure the kids had a great time safely. After an hours bouncing Lisa rounded all the children up and took them to the party room and served them Pizza, Chips and ice cream.

User

My son had his 7th birthday party here today and what a great time was had by all 10 boys.

We was greeted by friendly the staff and Sean our party host was great with all the kids, he made sure that they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and even joined in. The party room was nice and clean and food was plentiful and edible. Once again thank you for making my sons day awesome

User

My son had his 5th birthday party here along with his friend it was a great hassle free party definitely will go again staff were really good !

User

Held my sons' party at Orbital this weekend and it was brilliant. The party host Natalia was great with them making sure they went in all the zones and organising dodgeball games. Totally exhausted and sweaty they came up for the party food - pizza, chicken strips and potato wedges. Then when we had a candle crisis Natalia came to the rescue finding us candles and a lighter and ensured the day was a huge success!

User

Had my son's 6th birthday party here in July. Great from start to finish, can't fault it, stress free, just bring a birthday cake! Staff friendly and can't do enough. Booking system easy. Good value. Most important thing is my son and his friends had a brilliant time. Thank you :)

User

Celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at the weekend . A massive thank you to LISA for taking care of absolutely everything and all the kiddies. A great time was had by all. Plenty of food and plenty of fun 5 stars ! THANK YOU !

User

Visted this place from London with children and family whom live in Luton, it great place for the kids to have fun, was very spacious, had a lot of activities and kept my children entertained, the cafe upstairs was a nice place to chill out but no hot food and service was slow, and toilets was dirty. Staff wasn’t as friendly as some of the other trampoline centres I’ve been to but overall it was a enjoyable day out for the kids.

User

Great fun activities for all ages especially parties ... staff however need more training in dealing with customers... Checking in was very chaotic ! my daughter booked her sons party giving all children’s names and DoB information, then had to write a list out of the kids names when checking in ... the safety film took to long to be started with dozens of children waiting a long time in a small hot room... we had a designated assistant for the party but she left halfway thru ... would be better to have one person for the whole party session.. kids had fun

User

A fab party for my son’s 6th birthday today! Pizzas went down well and Marlena & Sean were very attentive - the kids had a great time. My only negative point is the recommended but unnecessary 30mins arrival prior to jump time. The safety film isn’t shown until 5mins before so the children were consequently running wild for 25mins.

User

This is my first visit, my son has been before.

I came with four children for a two hour session total of £80

The site is good, but the café is so poor!

No hot foot or sandwiches, I had a two hour wait and was hoping for lunch while they played. The toilets were dirty, and my son after one hour was told to get off as his time was up, I had to go and speak to someone to make them aware the two hour session.

Loss of income with no food on offer other then crisps and cake

User

Shit! Booked on line last minute, got here 5 mins before session due to traffic and no parking available at premises and was told that as we weren’t here 30 mins before we had to wait 25 mins out of our allotted session for next safety briefing and children were not allowed on! Confirmation Email does state to arrive 30 mins before, I agree, but IT DOES NOT STATE that if you don’t get there in time you miss your slot!!!

I had done all paperwork on line so there wasn’t anything further for me to do. They didn’t even check to see if the briefing had started.

Duty manager was rude, abrupt and not the slightest bit bothered. when I said other places show safety briefings more often she replied “not the ones I’ve been to”. Said I wouldn’t be back and she just shrugged her shoulders!

Sat and waited for briefing which stated at 12.27 and lasted 4 mins. Staff didn’t even stay in the room during the briefing, just came in at end. Didn’t ask for any questions.

Aside from that place looks good fun and kids love it. Lots of different challenging things to do.

User

Book a party for 10 children they had a great time trampoling.... but the pizzas look like they had been dropped there was 10 chips each and the food was cold... the room was also freezing even the landing was warmer.... wasnt worrh the £180 spent

User

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay £10 to watch my son when I am heavily pregnant. I think you should review this because obviously I’m unable to jump myself yet somehow I have to pay just as much as everyone else jumping just to watch my son! He is almost four yes I understand I need to be there to watch but I’m not able to enjoy the facility myself due to being a week away from giving birth so why should I have to pay the same as everyone else??

User

Not going to lie!! This place has failed me! I fully wouldn’t recommend this place! I travelled all the was from London to try this place out with my daughter! I checked the site, nothing mentioned anything regarding age restrictions or anything! So a hour later on the motorway, I’ve finally reached only to get told my daughter cannot jump and that I have to sit out with her. I asked for the policy which states 1 year olds cannot jump, they didn’t have one... but they knew that 1 year olds are unable to jump. So technically I drove all this way to make my daughter watch all her friends and family jump while she’s in my arms restricted from having fun. I fully recommend flipout as they don’t have a age restriction, as long as you child is accompanied by a adult

User

It's a great trampoline park we have had a lot of fun here on previous visits so we decided to book it for our daughters birthday party. However was very disappointed with the lack of organisation so would not recommend it for a kids party. Save yourself some money and just book a group jump session don't bother booking a party, they certainly don't deliver what they describe on their website! Have since complained to Orbital but received no response, not good customer service!

Celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at the weekend . A massive thank you to LISA for taking care of absolutely everything and all the kiddies. A great time was had by all. Plenty of food and plenty of fun 5 stars ! THANK YOU !

Is the weather getting you down? Remember you can jump for 2 hours for just £15 every FRIDAY up until the summer holidays end!

We went here after finding out that Jump Arena had shut and we were really impressed. There's much more for both the older ones to do and the little soft play bit is a great add on for younger ones. The best bit for us was that the young kids session ran alongside the open jump, which made it suitable for our whole family. Thanks!

Visited here on Saturday, booked online so easy and simple entry. My kids loved it here, very spacious, staff friendly and plenty staff about to watch and supervise areas which is very good. An hour is enough jumping time 😂 booking again soon
