I love this little cinema, I have watched films here for many years. The Monday viewings are at a discount price of £5 which you can't get anywhere !

I love the Orion cinema. It has been in Burgess Hill forever. Lots of happy memories of my children and grandchildren going there.This time I went with a friend to see Lion and it was amazing, highly recommend it.

I love our little cinema, the seats are comfy and at such a reasonable price for tickets it makes the trip feel happier than and expense that feel heavy

Orion is clean and not to hot or cold. The seats are comfy and I went to the loo without knocking peoples legs as there is plenty of leg room. Prices less than 1/2 the price of Cine-world and Odeon. I will be going back to my local cinema much more often xx

Long may we continue to have this facility. It's affordable, the teenagers can get themselves there, seats are comfortable and it's quirky. Only complaint is it's cold at times and the loos have tiny cubicles and need a revamp.

It's great that the Orion keeps going. It is great value at £6.50 for an adult in the evening. Now that all cinemas are digital, apart from IMAX, there's not much difference in quality from a large multi screen.

The seats are decent and the booking easy. Well done, keep it up.

One point, while watching Dunkirk, the odd business of the lights at the side flashing along with the sound is weird and distracting - please can you switch it off.

Good value for money, especially for families. Tight for leg room in the seats. I'm quite tall and very very squished and a tad uncomfortable, staff abit moody and non smiley but does what it says on the tin! 😀😀

Fab! Can’t believe I’ve lived in BH nearly 8 years and didn’t realise that this gem is half the price of their competitors.. even the popcorn is a reasonable price & all in a lovely nostalgic building too! So pleased your lease has been extended and you’ll be staying once the big cinema arrives. My money will definitely be going to you over them that’s for sure :-)

Cheapest cinema around, lovely cosy atmosphere as not too many people, and you can get sweets / popcorn for a great price too. Value for money is 10/10.

Row two was fine as well even though we were up front. I won't be wasting my money at a Cineworld again.

Positives - Cheap tickets, better value popcorn than other cinemas locally and friendly staff.



Negatives- absolutely freezing and not much legroom (only 2 seats in screen 2 my 6ft 4in leggy son fits into). I would pay another £1 if they'd turn the heating up! You can hear the noise from the other screen, needs a bit more soundproofing. We had to sit at the back by the aisle to get legroom and it wasn't very dark at all.



Guess you get what you pay for, will go again but take a thicker coat.

I love this quirky building and the staff are nice. However I booked online for a group of seven and booked seats together. But when we got there we were told you can sit where you like. Therefor our booked seats were taken. We had a struggle to find seven seats together and ended up right at the back which was very cramped. Can I request if someone has booked seats and paid for them, that you keep to the contract, as large parties like to sit together!!!'

I do like this cinema, staff are friendly, good prices and it's good when you have young children that arnt always so quite. However I found it a bit cold and not a lot of space to move. The ladies toilets where not very hygienic when i went either.

Very cold!! We all had to keep coats/jackets on through the whole film, very little leg room (and I'm not the tallest of people!!), I love the idea of a local cinema and am the first to support local businesses, but would be hard pushed to go here again, staff however were very polite and courteous, what's shame.......

One of the worst cinemas I have been to. I have emailed and complained nearly 3 days ago now and still no response. When I emailed it was said I would get my response in 24 hours, yet still nothing! Wouldn’t recommend at all.
